Lack of Professionalism

I’ve been renting a property through this agency since February 2024, and right from the start, maintenance issues had been completely ignored for months. The staff have been consistently unhelpful and dismissive. Emails were frequently ignored. They showed zero urgency or accountability. At one point, I asked to end my tenancy early and was told I’d need to find a replacement tenant myself. I made an effort to help, reached out multiple times to move the process forward—and surprise, they ignored those emails too.
To make matters worse, I’ve spoken to several other tenants who’ve experienced the same lack of communication and poor maintenance. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to look elsewhere.

Absolute joke of a letting agency

Absolute joke of a letting agency. Now the tenancy has ended they are denying the keys have been handed back in trying to say beer cans and cigarettes left in the kitchen/dining area which is lies as my daughter has never smoked due to asthma avoid at all costs.

The manager is absolutely horrific at dealing with any problems tenants may face.

They implemented car park cameras, and asked students to register their reg plates, and gave me a ticket for parking there BEFORE the date they said we needed to register our cars by.

They said they would try and revoke the fine - which the private parking enforcement company informed me never happened, and offered to pay the difference from the original fine and the increased fine as the fine increased due to not paying it soon enough (as they took so long to try and sort out the original fine for me, and was near impossible to contact them).

I sent them my money to put towards the fine and months later got a court and solicitors letter to say it hadn’t been paid - called the manager and she told me to call the reception - and now they won’t respond to any of my calls or emails - and they still have my money.

Joke of an accommodation, poorly ran, lazy incompetent manager.

The reviews speak for themselves.

H brilliant as always

For a long period I was rarely getting my maintenance issues looked at, where at best it would take weeks or months, which was very frustrating. That all changed when H joined the team, whenever I have a maintenance request he always ensured to fix it within a day, no matter how big the problem. He has singlehandedly made living here much more of a pleasure, filling me with confidence that any issues in future will get sorted in a timely manner.

Had a maintenance issue , H came and dealt with this, he was great, polite and friendly and did the job spot on , asked if there was any other issues that needed raising before he left property and made sure I was satisfied.

Stress Free Move In Process

The move in process was so smooth and easy, my property manager Laura made sure I was kept in the loop at all times and never left me waiting in the dark for an update. I’ve been in the property a few weeks now and had one maintenance issue, which was promptly chased by Laura for me. I’ve moved around Liverpool about 7 times and never had such a quick, stress free experience - couldn’t recommend more!

Met with laura on the thursday to view an apartment, was moved in by the following Wednesday, nice and easy process & quite speedy

Super quick

Me and my family have just moved into one of the residential buildings managed by Caro. We met with Laura at the property and she showed us different rooms in the new development and explained everything. The whole process has been very quick. We viewed the apartment on a Monday and was able to move in by Thursday. Laura has been very quick to respond to any queries. We had a small issue with the plumbing, and a contractor was contacted and arrangements where made for the problem to be fixed within a matter of a few hours. So far, I would definitely recommend Caro Lettings.

Caro letting is one of the best letting…

Caro letting is one of the best letting agents I have come across. My journey for renting with them was so easy and convenient. Laura was always there to answer all my questions and clear any doubts I have. Their response is quick, which makes it easier for you to go ahead with the process.
I know this is the beginning but I have hopes that we are going to have a good tenant-landlord relationship
I will recommend them always

Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.Laura was amazing in guiding me through the experience.
The property is spot on, I couldn't ask for anything more. It's lovely and modern and the price is very reasonable for the location too. 5/5 I would recommend to anyone
