Dishonest people shout not be a carp members

Rather Ontario focussed rather than truly national

I very much appreciate having a national organization to represent the interests of older Canadians, and believe that CARP's advocacy continues to inform political and other stakeholders.

I gave the organization a 4 instead of 5 because I haven't received any benefit from product or service discounts yet and am hoping for a broader range of goods and services over time.

I look forward to the emails as they are informative & keeps me informed on senior’s concerns, services & government issues.

I don’t like having to pay a fee for a plastic membership card. Since more retired people are older and less conversant with technology and less likely to have a smart phone (me, for example) and because I have always gotten a plastic member’s card before you’re charging me now for something that until now was included with my membership. In spite of that I would comment that Donald, your agent that I spoke with, was very personable.

I like hearing what is being done on behalf of seniors. I particularly like the articles on staying safe and preventing being taken in by scams.

I moved from Mississauga to Burlington in June and changed my address with CARP. However, I'm still getting emails re the Mississauga chapter and none re the Burlington chapter. Joe do I change chapters?

They are advocating well;
they check with members to stay current of concerns and ideas

Carp seems to advertise higher priced services. It pushes those businesses. Not every senior can afford these higher priced places. How about sponsoring some more reasonable businesses.

Carp focuses way too much on Eastern Canada!
Even your discounts are usually only valid in Eastern Canada!
As usual, Western Canada is left out!

I’m a member through Zoomers and I don’t really see any benefits i receive in being a member…perhaps I don’t know enough about CARP
