I bought a bracelet for Valentine's Day for my relationship. unfortunately I still have not received anything after about 4 weeks, I have now gone to Nietbezorgd.nl and they will help me further. very dissatisfied with the contact, have already sent 5 different emails and have not received an email back.
Unfortunately, I am in the same situation. My husband ordered a chain on 20.10.22 and paid €32.99. I have already written to them several times, without an answer! Pure scam, only sorry I didn't log in to check the reviews on them first! And the question is why they allow so many fraudsters to make such kind of sites, the police do nothing about it! For them, such cases are not interesting, and in fact, so many people are deceived daily.
