Impressive service
I ordered some underlay online, then twice changed my mind about the amount and the means of delivery. Each time I phoned or emailed, my call/email was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the same person (not by a call centre) and my changes were recorded by emailing me promptly with the changes. Very reasonable charges for the underlay which arrived by courier exactly when they said I'd get it.
