The best part of ordering your underlay…
The best part of ordering your underlay was the TOG rating. We have a very cold room and wanted the warmest underlay possible. We were able to choose what we wanted. Delivery was very quick and efficient. Great materials too.

I rang as I was concerned that I hadn't…
I rang as I was concerned that I hadn't gave myself enough time to place an order for underlay,worried it may not arrive in time for the date I'd booked the carpet fitters. The guy on the phone said he would keep a note of my name&watch for my order to place and make sure it was on the van the next day.Sure enough the underlay arrived the following day on time and the product was perfect.Would use this company again.

poor attitude and poor communication
Awful attitude by the man who took my call, no communication regarding delivery dates or times so delivery was missed and I was then rudely told that someone should have made sure they were home for delivery... but we were never given a delivery date/time. I did ask if the courier would notify me with a rough idea of delivery time and was told ‘frankly you should just make sure you are home’. Awful customer communications!
