Such a Lovely Shopping Experience
This was my second time shopping at Carpet Avenue, and I can confidently say that I LOVE how fast the delivery is! Both times, the carpets arrived quickly, clean, and very well packaged.
This time, I ordered two carpets so I could see which one would fit best. Since I’d already had a great experience and knew the return process was quick and easy, I wasn’t worried about ordering both. I’m really happy with the service!

Very cute and beautiful carpet, I was looking after a ghasghai carpet. When I saw this rug, I fell in love with it immediately. Today the rug arrived and it is nicer than the picture. Very satisfied.

Great service
Great service. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. The carpets arrived in good condition. However, they ship carpets folded rather than rolled. While the folding has been done carefully and I haven’t noticed any damage so far, it’s not considered best practice for long-term carpet care. I’d prefer if they shipped them rolled to avoid the risk of creasing or damage.
