Inexcusable

Absolutely worst experience waited three days for carpet to be laid they had mis-measured rooms no communication were meant to return next day to fix but did not.. third day install finally finished and I can finally put my house back together! would not recommend to anyone if you want efficiency and communication go through someone else

Absolutely disgraceful service from…

Absolutely disgraceful service from Carpet Call. I ordered a simple purchase - stick vacuum cleaner, which in turn took 2 weeks to collect.

Had called your customer service team several times to follow up ending with the same response, "I'll follow up and call you back!" Again on Monday 13th I called the store to which the store manager had said it would be available within the hour.

Never again will I shop at Carpet Call and I most definitely will not be recommending your brand.

Carpet Call Ipswich excellent service

Boyd and his team at Carpet Call Ipswich went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot praise them highly enough. After a disastrous renovation job Boyd provided excellent customer service, providing me with options and keeping me updated along the way. The carpet looks and feels amazing.

Zero customer service from Carpet Call…

Zero customer service from Carpet Call Rockingham when trying to get assistance for the poor carpet installation. Just a shocking disinterest from them in helping to rectify the issues, returning emails or phone calls.

Keep the momentum!

The personalised service was great and authentic. That made me feel very comfortable that I could trust the product and Kai & Chad, the sales representatives.

I never really give away all of my stars as I often keep one (for me).🤩 That one less the total stars is never a reflection that the service could have been better, rather it is my way of telling a business to keep putting smiles on the faces of your customers and continue to raise the bar.

Ask for Ahmed - great to deal with

Ahmed came out to our house to quote carpet for our upstairs and stairs. He was super friendly, fun to work with and knowledgeable about his trade. He worked hard to listen to what we wanted and suggested some great options to fit our budget. He put the order through smoothly and has followed up personally since.

Fast and impeccable service

Shout out to Tray and Jerry at the Cannington store for their quick response in accommodating my last-minute request. I called, and they came out the same day, spending nearly an hour working through all my (very picky) requirements. To top it off, they offered a great discounted price. Looking forward to the installation!

Very happy with rug but disappointed…

Very happy with rug but disappointed with delivery. I had asked for it to be delivered to my door as I have mobility issues but when I buzzed the driver into my building he just left it in the foyer so I had great difficulty getting it into the elevator and up 2 floors to my unit

Appalling installation and service

Appalling service. There is minimal communication between the sales and installers. So many installing issues for a tiny job for carpet and flooring. They all seem to operate independently. Extremely disappointed. Do not waste your money!

Canot review a product I did not recieve!

Still no notification re product and weeks have gone by!!
I guess the war will be blamed despite product being being ordered long before! I plan to cancel this order for a second time in 2 months.
Very disappointing.

Absolutely outstanding service from…

Absolutely outstanding service from Matthew, Cem and Rob at the South Morang store! Very knowledgeable, and happy to explain all the differences and price points of the different options. Very patient with us while we went through the build process and changed our minds several times. Second time we have purchased through this team, and will do so again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
