I found out about Carpet City from my builder. We went and had a look around to find flooring for our bathroom. We got very helpful service from everyone there and once we had made our decision, placed our order over the phone. The delivery came very quickly. I'm very happy to recommend them.

I have now used Carpet City twice
I have now used Carpet City twice - first for laying new vinyl flooring Kardean and Amtico - and now for laying stair carpet. On both occasions they have been professional and good at problem-solving. I have been very happy not only with the wide range of different materials they have to choose from but also with the knowledge and helpfulness of both the sales staff (Levi) and the fitters (on this occasion Craig).

A great company to work with
Carpet City was a real pleasure to work with, from sales and their extensive selection of flooring in their showroom to Levi for prompt and professional customer care and then finally to the laying of our lovely new Karndean flooring in our kitchen, laid by Craig and Bart who were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. Our kitchen has now got a new lease of life! We would definitely use Carpet City again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Today Carpet City fitted new lino in my kitchen (great choice of lino's by the way!!). From beginning to end the workers were pleasant, professional, efficient ie got on with the work and did a fantastic, perfect job. I am so happy with the end result and very impressed with the clean and neat way in which it was completed - they even swept the floor in my hall!!
