There are a ton of flooring options on Furniture Row alone. I went with Carpeteria because I knew the name, they are locally owned and active in the Chamber of Commerce. These things matter to me. And the service and quality of the flooring I received was outstanding. I would recommend to anyone looking at the daunting decisions involved in replacing or upgrading floor options.

Carperteria exceeded my expectations on many levels. The customer service was friendly and informative. The installation was very professional. And the price was lower than what I thought they were going to charge. All in all, Carpeteria is the place to go for your carpet needs!

Carpet looks great!

This is the second time that Carpeteria Carpet One has exceeded our expectations. Great customer service from Gary Skyrud and communication through out the entire project. Installation was clean and on time. I will continue not only use their services but recommend them as well.

We needed to match laminate in two rooms with laminate purchased many years ago in two other rooms. No store came up with a fair match. As soon as Sean Moran saw our sample he remembered a matching product. He searched on the internet and found it. The installers were competent and when we pointed out a problem - actually caused by a previous tile installer - Sean brought in a tile team that made the whole purchase perfect. All of Sean's installers were super competent and polite. We were very impressed with Sean's professionalism, his knowledge of the products and going out of his way to make this job a smooth and successful installation. Sean made sure that the installers understood what we wanted and was always present when the installers arrived. He even showed up on his day off to ensure that the job was done correctly. We recommend Carpeteria Carpet One in San Marcos without reservation.

I would certainly recommend Carpeteria Carpert One of San Diego to anyone as I had a great experience from start to finish. To begin with Tony Chavez was a great help to nail down which carpet and flooring I wanted, which if you have ever had to choose from the zillion options is no small feat, and more so when you consider how much money you are about to spend...you don't want to get the choices wrong! Tony was also very thorough and professional during the whole process of setting up the measurement appointment and scheduling all the subsequent installation work as well as following up to make sure I was happy.

The 2 crews that came out and installed the flooring and baseboard and the other the carpeting were both very professional, skilled, courteous, and did their best to make the install as painless as possible. Both crews did a great job cleaning up at the end of each project and finished right on schedule as promised. I would have them do another install without a second thought.

In the future when I need more flooring and/or carpeting I will most certainly come back to Carpeteria for more.

Tony from Carpeteria San Diego is absolutely amazing. We were in a position where we really weren't excited to look for carpet simply because our remodeling wasn't something that was our decision. Not only that, it was stressful to stay within a budget since everywhere we looked, we found carpets that was poor quality but over priced.

Tony asked us what our budget was, what type of carpet we were looking for and he basically helped us by choosing a carpet that was good quality and at an amazing price. Tony even took the time to explain things that I didn't understand about purchasing carpet such as the sizing. His customer service was amazing. I definitely know where I will be going to in the future if we decide to remodel.

Christine was a huge help in my carpet buying process. Starting with the selection process, Christine came to my house and provided much needed input on carpet. She helped me stay within my budget and was extremely helpful in finding a better alternative when we ran into a slight issue with my original choice. I highly recommend Carpeteria, and Christine, and will buy from them again.

Sean at the San Marcos store was excellent. He did a fantastic job making sure everything was done on time and working with my sub-contractors. Thank you Seam for an excellent job with our carpet.
