Very helpful and accomodating in the shop. Large range of mostly polypropylene carpets but also were able to provide competitively priced quality wool blend which we preferred. Had a choice of underlays (8mm free) but we had a particular requirement so we sourced our own no problem. Fitting of both underlay and carpet was done expertly and efficiently. Thanks

Superb service. Gary was very polite & efficient. He visited to measure & brought samples, helping us to choose the best carpet & flooring for the purpose we required. He then kept us updated throughout. Our flooring was fitted quickly by excellent fitters who updated us before & during the fitting. Their work was very carefully done, no visible damage to skirting boards at all. Carpetland is a family business which shows in their attentiveness & care. We would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service received from the lovely guys at this shop, I had a very tight schedule to get my carpets laid and they were amazing in getting me fit in very quickly. Will definitely be using them again.

A excellent experience from start to finish Gary's communication was excellent he listened to what we wanted and when we wanted the carpet fitted.
The fitters were on time and very polite. There work was excellent clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

This is a family run business and it clearly shows. They care about their customers and want them to return time after time - Great prices with superb quality and fitting. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our fitting date request and for this we were exceptionally grateful. The fitters rang beforehand as agreed and were quick, clean and tidy. We would not go anywhere else for our flooring requirements. Fantastic job well done, Carpetland!

Lovely customer service from start to finish. No pressure to buy after qoute but gave the best price including underlay. Fitting was well organised, no corners were cut and the job was to a high standard.

Carpetland Ltd is a very efficient, genuine professional company who organised everything for us, there fitters done an amazing job, nice lads and very tidy and clean, everything was done in a timely manor and kept in touch every step of the way. Overall we are delighted with the quality of the carpet and service recieved and would highly recommend Carpetland Ltd.
