Placed order with them
Placed order with them, was provided with delivery date. Called on the date of delivery to be told they hadn't been successful in getting hold of the flooring and they wouldn't be able to uphold the order. Apparently, they had been trying to get hold of the flooring in the days before, so they could have made a phone call to inform me about the issues they had been facing, to warn me. Disappointing that they didn't inform me and really let me down. The delivery date was last week and I am still facing delays now trying to get hold of flooring from a different company for my customer and this has had a knock on affect for my company. Really disappointing and not what you expect. Supply chains are difficult at the moment but it's not difficult to contact customers!

As I'm sure you've found it's been difficult to source this particular colour from anywhere the delay has been from the factory and not our end despite our best efforts, we did see if we could get it for you in any width possible to help however no stock sadly - we should have communicated this to you sooner, our team were trying the extensive number of depots we could source it for you first.

Do not expect delivery on the scheduled and paid for delivery date
Paid a lot for their delivery which was scheduled two weeks after payment.
and delivery date confirmed by email.
Where they say
"We do also advise not to book fitting before delivery is confirmed by our team"
It was confirmed by email. So their excuse to me is invalid.
By midday on the delivery day nothing had been delivered.
Contacted C&M to find out delivery time only to find that the vehicle had broken down - in which case why didnt they contact me? (this did seem like an excuse to me)
Couldn't give another delivery time except that it would be the next day which is a Saturday. But I would have to wait until 17:00-17:30 on the Friday when they could confirm!!! Where I was told it would now be Monday AM. Really!!
When I asked for a refund on the delivery charge was informed it was nothing to do with them.
Massive inconvenience to me and the price this company charge is not cheap,
First and last time I would use this company and I would defiantly not recommend them.

Carpets arrived very late
I had an absolute nightmare with this company. After ordering my carpet, I phoned to confirm the delivery date then booked a fitter 2 days after this. However, my carpet was 3 days a late and I ended up having to pay a fitter when there was no carpet to fit. Phoned them multiple times, was always told that they would phone back but they never did. Even got an email saying that it had arrived when it happened.
I gave 2 stars as the guy on the phone was nice if not very helpful.

Excellent prices and service
Easy to order online. Easy to speak to a person. Rang the delivery driver to get an ETA for me. My underlay was missed off by accident but they arranged for delivery first thing (literally 6am!) Next day as I had the fitter coming that morning. Very pleased wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
