Great customer service on the phone. Amazing proce compared to places in bristol. Only downside is as they didn't come out to measure we didnt realise we wouldn't get the carpet up the stairs - it had to go up scaffold and in via a velux!

Highly recommended - Akram and his colleague Jason provided exceptional customer service and very keen prices when I recently purchased 2 carpets. They provided me with regular updates and even chased up the delivery driver on the day of delivery to provide me an accurate time of arrival.

First time using Carpets and More, small hitch with delivery but got sorted immediately and delivery made first thing next morning. Good communication from the team and great prices on carpet and underlay, what's not to like. Will use Carpets and More again. Thanks guys

At the beginning they were awful with communication and I had to chase them. After a complaint this greatly improved and we even added an extra carpet to the order. Hopefully they have heard the complaint and have now improved.

Carpets were exact match to what we wanted, and more than half the price SCS quoted for same carpet.
Delivered quickly, and on time, and kept in touch every step of the way.

Brilliant from start to finish. Ordered our samples, which arrived the next day (good sizes too!) which helped us confirm our choices. We called to check stock, they were really helpful and confirmed the laminate we were after was in stock and helped us choose the right underlay for our floor. We placed our order online as advised. Couldn't have been easier. Our lovely flooring arrived in 3 working days, we had it fitted the following day by our fitter who was also impressed with the quality - we absolutely love it, transformed our lounge, kitchen and hall! Communication was brilliant from the team along the whole way and a special thanks to the delivery driver for calling ahead on the day and for being so helpful bringing our flooring inside. Already ordered more samples for carpets we are hoping to have for our stairs and landing from Carpets And More. Thanks again!

The carpet itself and underlay is fine and the product is expected having seen samples elsewhere. The order process and delivery was not. When ordering, the website offers you a selection of delivery dates to choose from (great so far). Once product chosen and ordered and delivery date selected, you get an email from Carpets and More. This states someone will be in touch in approx. 2 weeks to discuss a delivery date, so effectively you have to disregard your delivery date and wait to be contacted (frustrating to say the least). After 1.5 weeks i emailed for a update and had no response (not great). I emailed again at just after 2 weeks and was told carpet would be available for delivery the coming Thursday or Friday. I chose Friday. Having waited in all Friday I got an email mid afternoon claiming they didn't have a large enough van available to make the delivery and it would be Monday afternoon. I had a fitter booked to fit the carpet first thing Monday so had to rearange fitting. Having not honoured 2 delivery dates, this was unnacceptable and caused unnecessary hassle for myself and family. On this basis I would not use Carpets and More again.

I order 22m2 quality wool carpet. The price was the cheapest I could find and delivery was quick and efficient. Based on my personal experience, I recommend this supplier.

I ordered 3 samples, picked one and ordered 36m2. The sales person Jason was very polite and helpful from order to delivery. Delivery was on time and the driver was again very helpful. The chosen carpet was perfect. The cost was very competitive. I would trade with you again and recommend your company without question. Happy customer DW

Could not have asked for better service. Akram replied to my enquiries and emails same day every time (even on a bank holiday) and sent samples to help us decide. The carpet was delivered quickly and on time and is of a great quality at about half the price of high-street shops. Brilliant! would definitely use again.

Everything about this carpet delivery was superb apart from the initial ordering which is probably the worst I have ever experienced - you enter your name, address, payment details etc and the whole thing disappears and you're left looking at a blank screen - no order number or anything to say you've just paid, it's utter pants - a real shame because everything else was spot on, carpet was excellent as was the delivery driver. Please sort the front end out :)
