Carpets were delivered promptly, great correspondence and on Time, delivery driver messaged me the day before to confirm time and again in the morning, nearly half the price for the same carpet in retail stores. A+++++

Looked online for a carpet I wanted and this store offered it at £10 per square metre cheaper than I could find locally . Even when delivery charges were taken into account this was still a considerable saving . I did not get the original delivery date I wanted however I was warned they were busy and they were very flexible on a new date - arranged around my availability. The delivery driver was great . Haven’t had the carpet fitted yet but overall would highly recommend this company

Excellent service! The product that I bought recently had been changed by the manufacturer and they had not informed the suppliers. The dimensions and pack size were changed so it presented a problem to me. An email to the company and a subsequent phone call was returned to me within the hour. The issue was resolved swiftly without fuss. Well played Akram. You will definitely have a new customer on your books after the 5 star customer service.

Products took over 3 weeks to arrive, then the wrong products were delivered. Not only that, they were just left outside our house in the rain.

The wrong products were collected, then 2 weeks later the company delivered the original product that was in damaged packaging and in a poor condition.

Despite many attempts to come to a resolution with the company, they have not been willing to compromise and we have been left with no choice but to write this review.

Definitely recommend this company ...(Just bought the Ultimate Noble Queens Saxon carpet on line) - great service from the time in placing our order, correspondence given in receipt of order, letting us know when it would be delivered and answering any questions.
Asked them if they could ring me 30 minutes before time... which they did. Carpet was delivered on time by a lovely helpful Gentleman.

Ordered on late in the 17th, had an emailing asking for preferred delivery day and that it’s planned for Monday 22nd but may come Tuesday. Carpet arrived on Monday and the underlay on Tuesday. Fast delivery and most competitive price. Delivery driver was pleasant and really can’t fault the service I received. We ordered Cormar primo ultra in moleskin and the cloud 9 contract underlay. Perfect combo for our stairs and landing.

I ordered Cormar carpets, and they arrived just in 10 days. Very smooth, friently and fast service even its Christmas week and Covid times.

Samples arrived next day, very impressed. We ordered both LVT and carpet in the end, driver was super helpful and arrived on time. Had them since fitted and look great. The team bent over backwards to accommodate to our tight timescales which has really made Christmas that bit better for us!

The date selector on their website isn’t accurate- I arranged for delivery two days after ordering but was then contacted to say it would be at least two weeks. They then delivered the wrong carpet but labelled as the correct one, so our fitter fitted it. It took over 3 weeks to get the correct carpet delivered, and we had to pay a delivery fee again to get it + another fitter fee, so we would have been cheaper and faster buying from a physical shop. Would not recommend and would never use again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered carpets and was assured by a very friendly and helpful Akram, that they would be with me by a certain date. They were delayed, so I had to cancel my order and choose a different carpet. Then that one was delayed. It was eventually delivered by complete surprise - luckily I was home. It was delivered hanging of the back of a too short, open flat bed truck and when they were fitted we found they were hugely damaged. Akram advised to allow to settle for a few weeks, but they still look terrible. Actually worse than my old ones and I'm £800 of pounds worse off. My emails are now being ignored.

I ordered and paid for some carpet samples. I got an email saying that they didn't have the samples and they would issue a refund. Two weeks later and no sign of the refund. I emailed them but they didn't respond. I rang them twice but no answer. A month later and still no sign of a refund.

Ordered from Carpets and More Fri 21st August (3 items). First item arrived promptly (unfortunately it was the wrong item!). The second item arrived the following day (at least this one was correct) and the third item never arrived at all. Was told on 29th August that the new delivery would be Tuesday 1st September owing to the bank holiday. Wait in all day 1st Sept, only to receive a call at 3.30pm that day to say it would be the following day. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, wish I never had the misfortune of coming across these people. Twice now I've had to move the carpet fitter, meanwhile house is upside down. Stick to onlinecarpets.co.uk - underlay was more expensive but would have gladly paid the extra to avoid this hassle.

I found Carpets and More on the internet and I was very impressed with their customer service and fast delivery. They are also extremely competitive. I’ll definitely use them again in the future

I discovered this company on a internet search during lockdown when all my local carpets shops were closed. I knew the carpet that I wanted and found it in Carpetsandmore at a very good price. Akram and his team always promptly answered emails and telephone calls and continually updated me about the carpet and delivery. I would certainly use them again for any future flooring I may require, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants good quality carpets at a very competitive price. Keep up the good work.

Thrilled with our new flooring. We bought wood for our downstairs and carpets for our two bedrooms. Service was brilliant, delivery was speedy and they even brought it inside for us. Will be using again for our artificial grass, thank you Carpets And More!
