SMALL AREA CARPET TILING
I have a kitchen with a small working area floored with cold tiles and needed a floor covering with warm tread before Winter. Carpet tiles looked to be ideal and I ordered along with the recommended double-sided tape. Received within a couple of days I started and used 3 inch strips of tape it the corner of each tile. My floor had projections and non-90 degree angles on the sides so I made simple paper patterns and glued them temporarily to the tilebacks before cutting with a heavy duty utility knife. Make sure your first tile is accurately positioned it is your 'master' tile and if 'off' as other tiles are butted and spread out you can end up with awkward size cuts tofit the edge tiles. Very pleased with my completed job with joints near invisible.

Brilliant service carpet tiles are good quality will be ordering more for my other two rooms only downfall is courier would not bring the 4 boxes up to 1st floor flat had to go down and bring them up myself not easy when you have back problems but apart from that all good never laid then before found it pretty easy 👍👍👍👍👍
