I only wanted tto buy 1 box of tiles for my small project but couldn't decide on the colour & wanted to touch-and-feel the carpet. The company was happy to send me 9 free small samples (75mm x 75mm).

Exceptional customer experience.
In this day and age we all expect easy ordering,payment and prompt delivery. Well I got all three. I was unsure which tiles would look best in my conservatory so I ordered 8 samples that arrived within two days. For the price the tiles were very good quality. Straightforward ordering and payment. Arrived promptly, well packaged in heavy duty cardboard with substantial strapping around. Laid them in a chequer pattern, transformed the floor at a stroke. Pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Best carpet tile company ever
From ordering my carpet tile samples to receiving my tiles this firm has been 100% . The 9 samples came the next day in the post presented nicely in a special box . Then I ordered them and it couldn’t have been simpler. Iain who I spoke to was amazing very informed on every aspect , said they might take a bit longer to arrive due to a bank holiday, kindly gave me a discount on both the tiles and carriage . There were no delay in delivery but 1 box missing ? I emailed Iain and it was at the change over on courier service that had missed a box but it was delivered the next day . All worries taken away by their quick service. I 100% recommend this company from start to finish and given I live on the Isle of Skye that is a huge statement as deliveries can be very complicated . It couldn’t have been easier and I am delighted with both the quality and colour of my carpet tiles. The service I received was fantastic if you are considering floor coverings then this is the firm to choose .

Very helpful, and great communication
Excellent communication. I only required a small order (smaller than their usual minimum) but the company went out of their way to provide what I needed by looking in their stock room for left overs and seconds. They even called me back when they realised a mistake they'd made when quoting me and taking my payment details...the correct charge being lower than originally advised. Would highly recommend these guys.
