I just received the number plates, thank you, Unfortunately their were NO fixture and fittings included that i ordered and paid for, which is now extremely frustrating, as I cannot put the plate on the car !

Ask for them to be delivered or refunded , no reply, went on there chat online and asked me to email them. Service is poor

My Order #2112656D. I wasted £60.71 with them. Paid £9.99 for express delivery on 01/06/25 and got the plates on 04/06/25 but not road legal (without producer details and standard codes). Contacted them by email and asked for replacement, no reply since. There is no mentioning on my order that I had ordered show plates rather than road legal plates. Avoid this irresponsible supplier. I wish I checked their reviews before my order.

Really excellent service and great number plates. I made a mistake and they happily corrected the order, really impressed. I would order again with no hesitation, thank you👍

Avoid! I needed number plates urgently. Paid £9.99 for express delivery and plates were not sent. Received an email saying plates dispatched - using Evri I may add (an economy service, costing £3 at most, by no means express or £9.99!). Tracking number provided, item still not dispatched yet, 4 days after order placement. Contacted CarPlatesDirect - Zero response / reply.
I have raised a claim with my bank now to dispute the transaction and try and get my £32 back! Do NOT use this company. Scammers!!!

Can't thank Car Plates Direct enough for correcting my mistake. Even though I made an error when creating 2 sets of plates they agreed to re do them.

Hoping this is a way to get a response from them because their email bounces. I also fell for the custom plates issue so asked, at the point where it gives you a chance, to hold the order but it was ignored, the payment was taken and the plates were issued. I now don't think I have legal plates and there is no way of contacting the company. If it wasn't a scam before, I fear it is now, AVOID.

Great quality acrylic plates! Quick delivery and smooth ordering process with enough options to personalise if you wish. Nice and easy website, straight forwad payment processing. Highly recommend and definitely will be using them in the future.

I ordered my plate for the cycle carrier and then read some reviews and was panicking a bit “BUT” what an amazing service! Literally 2 days later and it was at my house and that wasn’t priority post or anything. Plate looks amazing and amid highly reckoned them to anyone who needs some top quality plates for your trailer or car. Thank you!

Very poor customer service. Paid for an Express Delivery as it was a birthday gift and they have still not arrived. Nobody to speak to or chase up and no reply from Car Plates direct or Evri.... One disappointed son. Very poor service and sympathy to try and resolve. Shocking.

Awful experience, order arrived as promised. Great start… But the order is incorrect, not the plates I ordered and completely the wrong registration and of course can’t speak to anyone to solve this issue and now my car is off the road awaiting plates.

As with other customers, my daughter fell foul of the custom plate selection box, a thoughtful web designer would correct this by pre selecting the legal option and covering the illegal selection up to the point you have read what and why it is unwise to select custom plate option, we will have to purchase again but not on here, avoid.

I ordered 2 sets of number plates and they were delivered very quickly. Great service 😀.

Rubbish customer service, no way to actually speak to anyone, this is the first and last time I will ever deal with this company.

Similar to others, paid express delivery with promised same day dispatch and says it hasn’t been received by evri. Feels like a con and can’t get through to them

Just awful. Ordered plates and paid priority delivery on 14/4. Received confirmation that they had been dispatched the same day - its now 22/4 and no plates. I was given a tracking number for Evri but they have never received the package. Being fobbed off when emailing the sales email address and you can't call them.

Delayed despatch meant that I had to buy plates elsewhere. Bought at 7am on Friday with express delivery and guaranteed same day dispatch, except they weren't, they were actually sent on Monday PM, too late for the car and now useless.

My number plates were standard legal plates, nothing special and really no excuse why it was so late…

Sent an email to the company who then reeled out a whole load of garbage about no guarantees, totally different to the website.

Would not recommend, worst of all is the lack of customer service and fob offs when they cause a delay.
