Timely pickup at the airport shuttle area. Fast processing of rental car, and fast return checking and riding back to the airport using a shuttle.

The worst company to rent from taking into consideration that they are just brokers and we're unable to help, refund, or stick to a contract when the supplier did not approve several things like car model, condition, mileage per day, availability at terminal and so many other factors. Useless and it ruined our vacation without any help or support offered.

Booked with CarQ through discovercars.com for hire from Santorini Airport. Didn't go for the full cover with CarQ in person, or discovercars, but instead went with Eversure for only £10.

Experience with CarQ was really good. We WhatsApp-ed their number beginning with a 6 (mobile number) to say we were a bit delayed in passport control, and they replied promptly and said not to worry, and that they would be waiting for us at arrivals.

The man at CarQ was nice and professional. He did offer us full cover with them for around 70/80 euros, but we had our own with Eversure so we declined, but it was good as he wasn't forcing us to get their cover. We then paid the 750 euro deposit using a fee-free card, and the payment was eventually reversed around 30 days later.

Before driving away, we did a car inspection with the man, and he selected areas on the paper picture of the car where there were any small scratches etc.

The Fiat 500 we were given had only done around 4000km so it was almost brand new. It was a pleasure to drive, just took a bit of getting used to with steering wheel on left and driving on right.

When we gave the car back, the same guy had a quick check over the car and had no issues. If we come to Santorini again, we will use CarQ for sure

Good value for money and friendly service. Only minus is that the car did not have international car insurance at the moment of border crossing. However, the agent reimbursed us for the cost of obtaining insurance at the border.

I had a very pleasant experience, everything went perfectly smooth and the service was absolutely excellent! We were picked up at the airport and driven even back! The communication was perfect. Totally recommend!

I rent a car here very regularly in Heraklion, Crete and it is a great experience every time! I always receive friendly help and have also good personal contact with the employees. The cars are in excellent condition! I can recommend everyone to rent a car here.

Our flight was late, I put email about it and was answered quikly that it´s ok. When the flight finally arriver in Rhodes airport there was no-one with the namelabel waiting for us though they knew we were gonna be late and I had given the number of our flight. I had to call to the office and the clerk then said that we have to walk and they are not gonna pick us up anymore though we paid especially that pickup- service. We had three big suitcases and a granma in wheelchair so walking was terrible ordeal but we made it.

The staff who gave us the car was nice and took some pictures of the car as did I. Then she wanted me to sign the paper in which condition the car was but later I received an email about that writing and noticed that there wasn´t marked the car´s scratches. When I specifically asked from the woman who gave us the car where are the scratches marked she said on the yellow card in the car. I took the yellow card and there was nothing so I asked her to mark to that card the scratches. On that car there was a lot of scratches. I also emailed them the pictures of the scratches right the next day so that I could prove they was there already, just for my own safety.

When we took the car back it was quick and smooth, a man checked it and said it´s ok.

They not informed, that rental company was changed at Rhodes, Greece. We waited about an hour at airport, but no one take us to rental post. Later we called to the office, and just then we knowed, that need to go to the other company for the car. CaerQ changed ti Rhodes car.

We were extremely surprised in a positieve way. We had a small accident (we hit the sidewalk which resulted in a destroyed frontwheel) and half an hour later we were driving a replacement car. Super! Since we had also some damage at the back of the car we were told that you would try to claim the damaged Wheel together with the coachwork with the insurance company . Very thoughtfull and customer-friendly in our opinion. We will surely recommend your company to Friends and relatives wil are travelling to Rodos. Again: thank you very much for your outstanding service.

Everything was good and flawless with the rental. The Shuttleservice was good, and was easy to find. Would recommend this carrental service and will book again if I am coming back to Thessaloniki.

good service and good communication

The Support of Yvonne was really helpful to make sure that we get our flight easy and convenient. We still haven’t got the the debit back on our credit card. Three weeks is a little long as a time as we didn’t have any damages at all.
