Recently purchased the Astoria Carrara marble Vanity Unit from Carrara Bathrooms. Couldn't be happier with my decision an absolute stunning piece and well made with quality marble. The pre-sales care was very attentive, answering my queries at unusual times of the day and night. However when I sent queries regarding the missing shelf, it took 2 telephone calls, 2 emails and an on-line enquiry to get a response. It turns out the shelf was packed in a different area which would have been helpful to know upon the first email query.
The unit arrived in a incredibly dusty condition which did not fill me with comfort that I had spent over £1000 on a superior-range unit. Added to which the legs that were provided were not all the same (i.e. did not match), and they looked as if they had been used previously because they were covered in plaster and other debris. The tap holes that were drilled into the marble were not straight. The unit was original priced at £799 but I ended up paying £1057 owing to additional charges for delivery, Grade A marble, and a splash back, all of which is not apparent on the website. Consumers should also be aware that Carrara Bathrooms Ltd are late with their company accounts as their Confirmation statement is overdue which suggest financial issues, refer to Companies House: Company number 11739647. I just feel lucky that I did actually get a unit delivered and they didn't keep my money and not deliver the goods.

Got a sofa from this company. Absolutely in love with it😀. It’s very different from most I’ve seen. Great quality. Real value for money. The gentlemen were more than helpful. Even gave me a discount. Would recommend this company all day long😁

Was a little anxious without seeing many online reviews. But now I have had the Charlotte Black Vanity unit delivered, I am very pleased with it. Great quality, price and delivered as promised.
