I booked a car for my mother and I never got a confirmation email with my booking #. I reached out to them via a phone number (that does not work) as well through their contact portal and never got response with my booking #. I disputed the charge on my credit card prior to the reservation date and they still want to charge me the full amount. Their prices are substantially lower on Priceline, but I would totally go with another service since they cannot provide it.

I prepaid for a car at Thrifty, showed the agent at the gate my rental agreement, got a 5 passenger van instead of a 7 passenger van, and was charged and extra $294.06. I believe someone, somewhere owes me money.

Jason did a great job. He was able to modify my reservation quickly and efficiently. Very easy to understand, he gave clear explanations.
good enough overall, but customer service is very poor. No receipt was issued. They took my payment immediately before the rental took place, and told me that a receipt could not be issued until after the rental took place. Rented from Budget. Budget said $0 due since rented thru a third party, so no receipt from them. Took lots of digging online to find a phone number that
worked. Finally got ahold of the company and they have promised a receipt within 4-5 days now. Will see if they come through.
Update on 4-27-25: the company has not sent a receipt. They have the worst service I have ever encountered. I will never use their service again and cannot recommend them for you unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment. If you do enjoy those things may I recommend you try some counseling. It will do you good.
Update 4-28-25: they sent a receipt today. Finally came through. Good for them!

Used in the past without issue, but found that they'd incorrectly tagged AGP - Malaga and Niza as in-terminal when it was a shuttle.
They need to be more accurate full stop!

Used it several times in MIA and always great!
After an initial 5* review, when they went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that was not their fault, I have been extremely disappointed. The rental company they were the broker for has not refunded a fuel deposit after more than 4 months of persistent emails. At first I was told I had to wait 30 business days, and now all I'm getting is form responses saying they haven't hear back from the supplier.
TO CLARIFY (subsequent to CarRental8's reply here), I have been emailing CarRental8, and they repeatedly palm me off saying the supplier has not responded (which they are now doing here too).
