Great Service and End Product!
We had a great service from Burgass Carrier Bags. Their customer care from initial contact to after sale was great. Their prices were competitive and they made sure they could meet the deadlines we had agreed. All in all, a great service and we would definitely recommend them.

Great service, great communication

Family business that cares
Always very helpful and thorough in dealing with enquiries, put a lot of effort into ensuring correct product is supplied and any problems are dealt with promptly. Delivery upon time is paramount even at short notice.

Would never use them again

They did give a refund of the shortfall but I asked for the money to go into my bank account and they sent me a chq. My bank doesnt accept chqs so no good to me. On the plus side, the bags were good quality.

As part of our brand refresh we moved to working with Burgass for production of our carrier bags. The service has been great and the cost and quality a great improvement on our previous supply chain.
