Disappointing! Never even received the item to start with and when I tried to email to find out where this was they kept repeating same email that it was delivered and didn't even entertain anything else.

Useless company to deal with. Wouldn't bother with again.

Do not buy from this Supplier , Purchsed a pair of leather slippers in the sale £50 reduced to £29 , received what looked like a pair of seaside sandles, made of cheap microlight plastic with pvc uppers , in effect fraudulent advertising , one very un happy customer !

I ordered two extra large cashmere mens jumpers in two different colours to take with me on vacation. They took eternity to arrive and when they did-what a disaster . The polythene packets have XL marked on them but the jumpers both the same colour not one of each , were probably small size at best and definitely NOT CASMERE. On contacting them by email to request a return procedure and full refund, they replied saying I could keep them and offered a half cost refund. They are no good to me because of size and not of a material or quality I would wear. I have again requested a full refund and a way to return these shoddy goods which are mis-sold and falsely described. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This company doesn't even deserve a single star. Stay far away—avoid at all costs! My husband ordered a long oversized coat for me, but what we received was nothing like what we expected. It was short, way too small for a medium, and poorly made. Totally unwearable. Customer service absolutely shambles!!! Definitely been scammed.

It is a shame this company is still allowed to trade as they are not transparent about their business. Sadly I didn’t look at Trustpilot before buying, but I did look to see where they were based and when I saw Sweden I was reassured. Also they promised easy returns.
When the jacket finally arrived is was made of shoddy material and the fit was terrible. I have been offered a reduction off a further purchase (which I certainly don’t want) and a return has to be sent to China at my expense. It is a real scam and I don’t think they should be allowed to continue trading because they aren’t honest about their conditions.

Stupidly didn't look at reviews and they definitely don't deserve this one star.
Still waiting to receive package from November. Apparently another is being sent and still waiting!!!
Though responsive to email reply is likely AI or by other reviews they're continuously fob you off.

watch out they are scammers!! I bought a jacket that did not look like the picture and the customer service is hopeless! I lost £40 the company is registered in Sweden and the returns in China are a disaster if you do not want to lose your money do not buy from Carro moda

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I ordered what looked like a lovely gold top marked down from £60.00 to £35.00. When it eventually arrived it was a brown jumper which looked like something my granny had knitted. No labels at all. I have contacted the company with photos of what I have received and they have told me they will give 15% refund if I return goods to China at my own cost. Not worth the money or the hassle. Very annoyed at myself for being scammed and not checking the company out on Trustpilot first.

This is a scam company don’t buy anything , I purchased a shirt, it never arrived I should have looked at trust pilot for reviews on this company. unfortunately I forgot to look. but when I did, I can see all the other reviews we are similar A SCAM

SCAM! FAKE GOODS!

If only I’d looked at Trustpilot before ordering. Stupidly I looked at their website and believed that their parent company is in Sweden and that they would provide returns labels for returns due to their errors. I ordered “leather” slippers in UK size 8 (EU 41) and received shoes clearly labelled EU size 38. I also ordered a suede jacket which is marked 100% polyester ! My credit card company are investigating as I have been instructed to return the items to China at my own cost. They insist on tracked delivery which would cost more than the original purchase price ! Carro Moda also only offered a 15% refund the first time I contacted them !!!

How is this even legal??

Ordered a dress, I’m a size 12 but ordered a large. Doesn’t fit far too small, stitching is coming away in several places. No return instructions. Biggest waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I bought what was advertised as a leather handbag on arrival you could see and smell the plastic. After many emails sending pictures I am still no further apart from if I want to return the handbag I pay postage and packing to China.
When I purchased this handbag I was unaware that it was going to be coming from China.
Every email I sent the replies were “can you send pictures “ I sent many pictures of the bag I received and the bag which was advertised.
I haven’t found the company very helpful especially as it was advertised on their website.
This has now been reported to Trading Standards.

Order some leather mules. Took weeks to arrive. Requested size 6, received size 41. Very very poor quality and light as a feather, no substance whatsoever. The leather mules arrived from China. Although on the website it's all about Sweden Sweden Sweden.
Should have guessed really 🤦🏼‍♀️
Don't waste your money, you'll be disappointed

There has to be a way of shutting this criminal company down. I received a jumper in February which was supposed to be cashmere - it was, in fact, 100% polyester. After a lot of hassle, they said I could have a replacement cashmere jumper which I received today, that again turns out to be 100% polyester. They are treating their customers like complete idiots and should not be getting away with it. They are nothing short of criminals.

Jumper was wrong colour and wrong size and took 4 wks to arrive.
I was offered to keep the jumper with a voucher half of the value of the item to buy another useless thing which I declined. Customer service is dire. After several emails complaining that I just wanted a return label and my money back. They wanted a ear pic and a proof of purchase which I provided They replied the return would be at my expense... The address was a Chinese one.... It would cost the price of the jumper to send it back to China with no proof it got there! I would steer well clear. It is a scam.

Stay well clear of this bogus company. I ordered Jumper beginning of December and I haven't received it yet. I've sent numerous emails and the response I get is is lost in transit will replace it free of charge, it's been lost now 4 times apparently. I wish there was a way to stop them advertising on Google so hopefully no one will ever get conned. Martin

Scam Company. Pretending to be European based as a front for drop shipping from China.
Delivery timings are a nonsense. Tried to cancel before dispatch notice and was ignored. Cancelled through my credit card, but then item did turn up a month later and was mistakenly taken in so they claimed the cost. Item nothing like description. Wanted me to pay to return it to China, when no mention of this in their terms.
Will no doubt pop up under another brand to con more people soon, but if you see this one avoid, avoid, avoid!
(Gave jumper to charity just to avoid having to deal with them again)
