I bought a size M knickers and they came in a size fit for a 10year old. Tried them on, hoping they would stretch and they did, just on the uncomfortable side. So....I ordered XL as I liked the material. They are better, but because the layered bit in the middle is moved far too much to the back (not in the correct position) , I have to wear them back to the front. Just FYI, once you put them on, they won't refund you. If you don't put them on, you don't know the particulars, so.....over 30 quid out of pocket and going to Primark knicker shopping tomorrow. Or people, try Shein, much cheaper and superior to this.....crap

I didn’t want to give any stars , this company should not be allowed to sell , the products are nothing like they state , not the right size when came , messaged them straight away. But they don’t intend to refund as it states on there website . They are in the wrong for sending wrong size ,and they even said sorry for in correct size , but still refuse to pay up Won’t pay full refund and postage costs , so they lie about this on the returns .i sent email after email and it was answered by several people and very unprofessional they Say there uk based , but have to return to China at £15 postage . The shoes are plastic rubbish . It’s about time this company was shut down. I’m a pensioner and losing the money as I can’t wear the shoes is disgusting . PLEASE AVOID buying from this company

Absolutely despicable company!! Do not order from them. The items are not as described, they are terribly made and size is not true.
Where they state 30 day easy returns, this is UNTRUE. Returns are to be sent to China at your expense and if not within 14 days you don’t get a refund!
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I couldn’t write a review without ticking it!! Avoid!

Where to start. Took an age to arrive. Tried to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering, looked at reviews too late. Could not cancel. When they've arrived, sneakers or trainers were of poor quality. 2 pairs were different sizes but had same label on, badly finished and poorly constructed. No boxes so squashed.
Had 41 label even though i ordered 39. Emailed them and I need to send photos and pay for return myself. It'll cost me more money. Lesson learned. Look at reviews before ordering.

Ordered a piece of clothing, it never arrived. Have been told twice I will receive a refund. Nothing received. It’s been 40 days now.

I cancelled the item ordered within the 24 hour time frame as stated by the company. Carro Moda said I could no longer cancel as they had packaged the item despite the website saying that this process took 2 to 3 days. They would not refund and said I would have to wait for delivery and then send the item back(to China)at my expense.This I understand can cost about £15. I have taken this to a dispute via my card company.
This is poor customer service and I warn anyone buying from this company to be very cautious. I would not buy from them again.

I wish I had checked reviews first. Same problem - ordered 'my normal size' as recommended on website, received a size too big. Have spent weeks trying to sort out. I was asked to keep or sell item and not return them so I would be 'saving the environment', then offered minimal discount on another product, then they agreed they'd sent the wrong size and would send a replacement in the right size. A few weeks later they say they sent the right size in the first place because they go by foot measurements. Their Returns and Refunds policy is a farce, the product is poor quality and overpriced even at sale price. Having read about experiences when goods are returned, I won't bother spending back because it sounds like the refund will never arrive. I have had weeks of insulting emails and now own a rubbish pair of slippers that are too big to wear. This company should not be allowed to trade online in my opinion. A ripoff and likely a known fraudulent setup, as far as my experience goes.

Avoid this company! They are based in China, bought a cashmere jumper as a gift, it finally arrived 3 weeks later. It came with no labels and no tags, and is TINY, measurements on the website bare no relation to the item a - I bought an XL for my partner and it fits me - I’m an S. It says it’s cashmere on the website but no labels to indicate this. When I went to see how to return it I have to pay for the postage to China - £25, item was £30. Well, £30 down the drain!

Did not order from here. Terrible quality, plus they tell you they have refunded you but you never receive it. 2 months of going back and fourth. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company! AVOID

SCAM Company: Absolutely shocking quality and non-existent service. The items i ordered did not remotely resemble the items photographed. They offered 30% refund (£8) when i requested to return. No 30-day easy returns at all i go quoted nearly £20 by Royal mail to post the crap they sent me back to China. Waste of time and money!

I'd give 0 stars. Ordered trousers nearly 4 months ago. Still haven't arrived. The courier apparently can't work out my address. I keep giving them the correct address. They have refused to refund me and supposedly resent the item twice. I am starting to think this company are entirely fraudulent. The situation is ongoing.

Ordered 2 pairs of different size shoes. Arrived after almost 2 months! £25 to return one pair via recorded delivery & after 2 months still waiting on refund! Tracking says waiting on authority in receiving country (China!) No hope of refund. Completely fraudulent company!! Do not use!!!!!!

There is no zero stars option the shoes i ordered are not the same as the pitcure shown i ordered a 4 and they look like a 6 they were really poor quality not in the uk cost to much to send them back DO NOT ORDER it's a SCAM

Dishonest company.
Rubbish quality and not the sizes you ordered.
When you complain you're offered 15% refund of the price you paid.
When you demand a full refund you're expected to post the items to China. My parcel would've cost £26.55.
I have applied for chargeback with my creditcard.

There is no option for zero stars. This is an absolute scam. Clothes are terrible and when trying to return they ignore emails. I have been trying to return a dress since early March and customer services have yet to provide me with details on how to return. There was no paperwork for return with item and no instructions online. AVOID!!!!

Do not buy from this company!!!
They have changed their Swedish address as it didn’t exist. You will receive misrepresented shoddy goods. You will need to return to a Chinese address with no refund form or return form ..at a cost of £15…currently in dispute with them via my bank .. the items on their website are not what you will receive!!!!!

Never order anything from this company, product are very poor quality, and they customer service are clearly ignoring your customer right for returning product. I should read this review before I choose to buy my kimono robe and spend that much money.

Please if anyone is thinking of buying from this company , please read the Reviews first !!!
I ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts , to Carromoda’s credit they did email to say they were awaiting stock but by the time the items arrived I had needed to buy alternative gifts .
I immediately sent the items back after following the policy of contacting them first where I was offered a discount to order further items . Tracked parcel returned , had confirmation goods had arrived back to China but no refund . On contacting them a few times I was offered more discounts , after stating I wanted a full refund was told I’d missed the refund return deadline - Carromoda clearly not committed to carrying out their responsibility to retrieve the goods
( possibly to avoid tax & duty ) so a £70+ experience not to mention the time in corresponding with them .
My recommendation is buy from a reputable company to avoid disappointment & know the money you have paid will guarantee you getting your goods with the security of your customer rights to return which isn’t Carromoda 😡
