The description on the website and the photographs on the website were very different to what arrived. Product was shoddy cheap and nasty. The company gets all its gear from China and then expect you to send it back to China. All of this wasn’t apparent when I first raised an issue to send the item back I wasn’t sent an address at all so just use the address. It was on the postage from the parcel I received. They then asked for photographs of the item which I sent. And somebody else picked up the email and asked me for the same thing.
Then somebody else picked up the email and told me I needed to send it back to China
Then somebody else picked up the email and told me I was only allowed a partial refund.
Then somebody else picked up an email instead of sorry we can’t refund you because she sent it to the wrong address
And somebody else picked up another email I sent and said please send us a tracking number
Then somebody else picked up another email I sent and said please send photographs and email and tracking number until we get this back we won’t be able to process your refund.
The latest is I’m sorry we can’t refund you info because she sent it to the wrong address.

Why are you asking me to provide all the other evidence when you absolutely have no intention of paying me back? It’s just time wasting emails back-and-forth..

What a dreadful company, dreadful policies, dreadful clothing. Dreadful people. Do not engage with this website.

Jacket was badly sewn and tailored, unlined and thin material. Totally misleading advert, fraudulent even.
Can’t return. Absolutely rubbish. Chinese?

How do you have the nerve to trade.Your service and products are garbage and your description of these shoddy products is dishonest and illegal.Your patronising customer service is nauseating.I only gave you 1 star because I did not have the option to give zero.I hope you enjoy all your ill gotten gains.

My experience doesn't even qualify for 1 star. This is a fake company, no telephone number to contact them. Goods are not what you order, not what you see in the photographs, incorrectly sized and not the fabric advertised. Will not accept returns. They are thieves, do not order from them.

This shop is a scam! It came across like a local company/website. Only after I received the tracking information it became evident that it's from China. Now thats not really an issue, but the high price for low quality is. The fit is HORRENDOUS, very low quality and not as described. Its not even linen as they are claiming! Its so short and lose at the same time - how is that even possible! Furthermore, something I didn't expect was the return delivery costs. For what they call "Customer Remorse" which is basically it doesn't fit - the expected return delivery is started at £15-£25 at the buyers expense - which is more than the shirt! Clearly a tactic to avoid returns. After all even if i paid delivery, who's to say they would "recieve it". Irrespective, its like they designed it to be worn by a leprechaun - how would it fit anyone. The prices aren't even that cheap, so its easy to fall prey and think its a local company. Do not trust this company.

Like everyone else on here, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this crappy company. I ordered a couple of jumpers back in February which ended up being huge, so I requested a refund. I had to send photos of the jumpers before they agreed, and they then told me I needed to send the jumpers to an address in China even though they are allegedly based in Sweden. I had to pay £44 for international postage via Royal Mail; this was early March - it is now end of May and I still haven't received a refund. So I lost out on over £100 altogether from the jumpers and having to pay the return postage.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Horrible company- refusing to provide a refund or just 15% of the refund!
What happened to customer rights?
I ordered a pair of shoes which have come smaller than the size and they not even great quality.
Really disappointed!

Update and I tried a further time for a refund on something that wasn't very cheap - no, they still haven't refunded and emails are generic not by a person as they don't check previous responses - they say the same thing over and over.
I sent pictures and let them know straight away. I am now on email 27 of the most frustrating correspondence I've ever been part of and have done exactly what they wanted to happen and given up I've been in a circle of "this isn't right - can you send us a photo - I've already sent a photo - we'll give you 10% off your next order - I don't want anything else, I want a refund - can you send us a photo...." 😳

This company gave me their return address to return my faulty goods, saying they will only accept returns that have tracking & I must pay return shipment of which I have. The item is at customers sat there 11 days, the company are refusing my refund saying they don’t collect it. So my item as cost a fortune I’m well out of pocket. & they won’t refund me. Terrible attitude can’t speak in person to them all emails

They don’t deserve 1 star! Purchased some clogs. Took a long time to arrive with no communication. Size was far too big and didn’t look anything like the photos. When I politely requested a refund I was told they would only pay a part refund 15% to save on shipping affecting the climate. Or I could purchase another item for an extra £10 and keep the clogs. I said this was not satisfactory and wanted a full refund and was then told I would have to pay shipping costs and provide my own label. I have ended up getting £4.49 back from a £30 item. Do not go near this company!

Absolutely shocking scam website shoukd be taken down and sued for their disgraceful fake products and no return allowed. Product not as described, faulty and took 3 weeks to he delivered. Customer service refused return or refund. DO NOT USE THIS FASLE SITE!

Product is not linen as advertised. Colour different from photo. Cut nothing like photo. Delivery took 3 weeks. No point trying to return - it will cost as much as refund which I would not be confident about receiving.

If there were a 0 star, I would give that to them. They are lying on the website—be aware that you need to return to China. I waited 2 months for the order, then returned and paid 35 points. Six months later, I am still writing emails to get a refund. Do not buy anything from them. They are one of the worst. I wish I had checked Trust pilot. They should be closed down. Do not use.

A genuine high quality suede jacket was 100% polyester! Don’t touch them with a barge pole!! Absolute crooks!

I am Same as Mr R Bee situation I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company, no one should purchase anything from this company, I lost 25 pounds for a cheap garment which is worth nothing,

Similar to Mr Bee I have belatedly seen the terrible reviews. The product quality is very poor particularly in light of its original advertised price. The ‘ tailored’ jacket that arrived bears little resemblance to the picture. My other reason for posting this review is to draw attention to the fact that despite having a uk base for order processing and having an official address in Sweden.It appears that it is China that deals with dispatch and returns.Therefore check out the returns policy before you order as unless it changes you will see that it is very pricy to return. So in my case I have learned a lesson to do more checking before I get taken in by good photo styling and the assumption it’s a quality company that I am dealing with.

Awful! SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Poor quality goods, appalling customer service and charge for returns etc.

Ordered a dress before xmas, it wasn't suitable so contacted company, no reply for weeks.
Eventually they emailed the address in China. Sent parcel next day, end of January 2025. It's still in China customs. It is now May.
They are refusing to acknowledge this and refuse to refund me.
Different people email back.

Sadly have only just caught up with the reviews here or wouldn’t have bothered ordering. Garment way off sizing, requested return and had to provide a photo as proof of no damage. Offered me another purchase for £10 or 15% refund and keep a useless garment. What planet are these people living o
