I bought a cashmere jumper which arrived on 28 June, I couldn't even try on as too small for the size stated.
Quality a joke no labelling to state material made of or advice how to wash it very chip item. Contacted the company for exchange they asked for photograph of item before would issue ok for return(never had a company for asking photograph for returns) then they kept saying they haven't received it after a week finely a friend helped me so I had proof of them received it,they want me to sent to an address in China at my expense which the cost is as much as the jumper but I bought the jumper in Europe not china.THIS IS A CHINESE RUBBISH DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I JUST HOPED I HAD READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE MY PURCHASE

It's a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. I bought a lady jacket from this scam company last month, i was shocked when I received it- it took weeks to arrive. The jacket was badly made, it's 100% polyester, cheap and nasty,it's unwearable. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. And I will rated this scam company minor 5 starts as it doesn't deserve one start.

I wish I read these review before I ordered from these scammers!! I ordered what was described as a linen summer dress. I didn’t have very high expectations but thought it would at least be cool enough for wearing at home during the warmer weather. What I actually received was a badly made polyester monstrosity that I wouldn’t even put in the charity bin!! So far I have been offered either a discount from their site (not a chance I’ll ever buy from there again) or an insulting 15% refund! Considering it will apparently cost me £15-20 to return to China, they have me over the proverbial barrel!! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

If there was 0 star I would have put this. The trainers arrived, cheap nasty rubber trainers, not what was in the description. I contacted Carromoda to be told I could have 5% refund or return trainers, which would have cost more than the trainers.Please DO NOT buy from this company. Iam pleased other reviews voice how I feel

This company is awful. I ordered a blouse. No realising it was from China. Waited weeks for delivery. It is a hideous Soraya Blouse. I asked for a return address to send it back and get a refund. It seems that is not possible. They have sent me a return address in China! That will cost as much as the blouse. I am still arguing with them. They do offer a 20% refund but keep the blouse. They are a joke, they never state this in their advertising. I am furious. I say to everyone DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful quality creased beyond belief very thin material no structure looks like a rag i would use to wash floors took ages to arrive and the return policy is so complicated not worth it as you have to pay for your own postage.

Do not order from here. Ordered two dresses for a funeral which said it would come Royal Mail tracked within 6 days. It took 3 weeks. No one is responding to my return email. The tracking was for yunparcels and then Evri yet it was promised to be rroyal mail tracked? Appears as a local site but it’s Chinese and a total scam. Does not deserve the one star.

I wish I'd checked these review before I bought a cheap looking pair of sandles, arrived too late and I cant contact company, and even if I could contact them, I wouldnt get my cash back. Thanks all for showing them up, and as I say, wish Id read these before buying - then I wouldve steered clear!

SCAM CHINESE COMPANY, AVOID AVOID, AVOID. Shoes took weeks to arrive. Shoddy, cheap and nasty. Unwearable. Stank of nasty chemicals. Company asked me to provide photos of shoes. Then offered a refund if I sent shoes back to China at the cost of £25. Or a 20% partial refund (about £6). Dreadful! BE WARNED!

Ordered a suede jacket which when it arrived was polyester
Told to return it to China at my own cost if I wanted a refund
Then offered 30% refund to keep the item
Shocking ,website looks like it's in the UK but this is a Chinese company

This Company is a SCAM! Do not trust them. I bought a pair of trainers that were advertised as leather. What I got was a very nasty pair of synthetic shoes, which were made very badly and stank of chemicals. They were not the correct size, being cut smaller than usual so that they rubbed. I complained to the company and was asked to provide photographs to prove that the shoes had not been worn, which I did, they are in pristine condition. They do not adhere to their own returns and refund policy, offering to give me a partial refund and for me to keep the shoes. I have rejected their offer. They have stated that I have to pay for the shoes to be returned, but that is NOT what it says on their website. Do NOT purchase from this company it is a con!!! You will be sent a useless piece of sh*t , not as described, not fit for purpose and NOT UK compliant. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Despicable company. Bough a blouse, but one sleeve was shorter than the other. I’ve asked for a full refund to be told, I can keep the blouse and get 30% to buy something else. WTF, why would I want a blouse with one sleeve longer fgs! I said I’m going to complain, as blouse not cheap, to TRADING STANDARDS, as has a UK webpage. It’s a FRAUDULENT COMPANY….DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

If I could give zero star I would! Disgusting company stay away they take your money promising good quality goods and send you total rubbish and wrong size. Their customer service, thick as pig shit! I bought a pair of trainers they took ages to arrive 2 to 3 sizes too big and plastic nothing like the picture on the web and they will not refund you. Crooks stay away! 😡😡

This a further review to one sent earlier. Its easy to give an honest opinion - they are beyond terrible & need to be shut down before they rob other customers of money paid for clothing etc which looks as if they are made by people who have no idea about decent and acceptable standards & dont even care. The items ordered & paid for do not resemble what is advertised and are unwearable due to their resemblance and extreme shoddy workman ship.
They have now said I can get a full refund if I return the item & pay for postage. I must also send a tracking code if I want my money back. I dont trust them to do this & think it would be wise to accept I have been scammed by an outfit made up of criminals. Why are they still allowed to operate? Do these reviews ever reach Carro Moda? Are they one of C&A's suppliers which seems to be the case? They must not be allowed to get away with their deceit.

DO NOT USE. This company are total crooks. Other reviews show similar experiences. Products on delivery are cheap and nasty - nothing like website images. Linen shirt turned out to be polyester and spandex. They promise resolution then renage and refuse refunds.

I ordered two jumpers from Carro Moda.
The product is of poor quality and too small. I can get a bigger size if I pay £9.90 or 15% back. I was asked to take a photograph of the items. They are in the bags they came in but I have now been asked to take them out of the bag and photograph them again. I did not even try them on. These items will be in the charity shop next week. This company have no intention of refunding me. Do not use this company unless you really want poor quality garments.
This is a Chinese company who do not issue refunds. Do not buy from this company.

extreme frustration and disappointment regarding an order I placed with your company, which has still not arrived. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation and tracking information, the package has never been delivered. It is completely unacceptable that I’ve received no clear explanation or resolution.

What’s worse, it seems that both your company and the courier are dodging responsibility, while I’m left empty-handed after paying in full. At this point, it feels like both parties are profiting from a transaction that was never fulfilled. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY
