I have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a refund from this company since early January 2025. The goods they sent were an absolute disgrace and nothing like the description. They purport to be a Swedish Company with a UK base. Absolutely not true. It transpired that to obtain a refund the goods had to be returned to China! This I did, (in hindsight in good faith - but stupidly) a tracked return with all customs declaration documents and at my expense. A complete waste of time and money as it was refused at customs with no explanation. Do NOT repeat NOT buy anything from this company. Their website should be shutdown - as you can see by the number of complaints of a similar nature. Buyer beware.

I wish I had visited the Trustpilot page before placing my order. I'm not sure what I received, but it wasn't the trainers I ordered. The item was damaged and of very poor quality. Then, the pain of trying to get them sent back to get a refund was a terrible experience. Trading Standards, where are you? You need to close this website down immediately. It's fraudulent.

Received trainers after a 3 week wait - advertised as leather reduced from £59.99 to £29.95 - they are not leather a cheap plastic version - with a horrid chemical smell - they just look so cheap. I have requested as refund but they are offering deals - but I don't want any other items from them - such poor quality!!

I bought a pair of shoes from Carro Moda in Q1 2025, and received the wrong size. OK, fair enough mistake to make so I requested the correct size as a replacement. Then the obfuscation and avoidance by Carro Moda's 'Customer Services' team who I was then in comms with, with different individuals giving conflicting and different responses. Result after multiple to / fro comms? - no replacement shoes, and no refund because by that time these comms had taken me past the 14-day window, none of which was my fault as I tried to get a resolution.

This business is a fraud.
Advertised as linen - actually polyester and cheap ill fitting dress.
Did not accept it was incorrect despite label photos.
Would not refund anything.
Gave up and accepted I had been scammed.

Only down side is the dress took a long time to be delivered but kept me informed. It is a lovely dress, fits me well, light material, so comfortable. I was a bit worried as it was coming a long way from China but I needn’t have worried. The dress was very good value for the money.

The blouse delivered was not the same as the one advertised a very poor copy.
I've been offered a 15% refund or i can buy another product for £9.99.

This business is a fraud, the products are misrepresented, they are very poor quality and not as described. I suggest everyone who fell victim to their scam should report the fraud to their bank and get them shut down.

Do not deal with this company, they are completely dishonest. Like an earlier review written by Helene.
I ordered a Linen dress which when it arrived was was of very poor quality, the material was very thin and 100% polyester (label stated it inside), it was shapeless and un flattering. Like Helene, they offered that I could either purchase another item at a reduced price and keep the dress, or receive a 15% refund and keep the dress, or send the dress back to China at my own cost! I challenged them twice attaching evidence of the dress label and their web site advertisement stating it was LINEN and their returns policy. They totally ignored all my comments and offered me a 20% discount. Their Refund policy states that returns would be free if the item was faulty or incorrect. but this they also chose to ignore.
I wouldn't give them a star, but it is necessary to write this review

Sandals looked nothing like the picture, so awful I put them in the recycling

Ordered a suede jacket. Sent the wrong size and very poor quality. Nothing like the picture. Sent back recorded and tracked. They deny refund. Based in China. Please don't order anything.

Sent the wrong size blazer, and now won't answer us for a refund and return, TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company advertise their products really well, unfortunately what they send is substandard. I paid for a pair of soft leather sandals and was sent the flimsiest pair of synthetic ones. To get my money back was told to send them back and have them tracked.

First of all. They are a scam which i dont think i need to mention considering how many people theyve ripped off. Despite their fault i paid an extortionate amount of money to send products back. More then £70. This was a month ago. Been contacting them, either dont get a reply or am told the products havent been received by them. I want my money back and for them to be shut down so people dont go out of pocket for this chinese scam. THIS IS NOT A UK BSUINESS. It is fake chinese!!!

Terrible.
I ordered a man's 'linen' shirt. It was not linen or remotely resemble linen.
Awful cheap product.
The estimated cost to return it was £15-25!!

Do Not Order…This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to operate .I.thought I was ordering a Wallis dress! It arrives 3 weeks later and is a very very poor copy …and the material awful …
They are very good at sending you an email…that states they will only offer you 15 per cent refund which then got increased to 20 per cent and I have to pay for return to china …..
Refused to give me a full refund !

I got my sandals, but the size said 38, ordered 5.5, I have a half size so was pleased when they offered this, the size I got was more like a 3, I sent photos of them next to my shoes with the size of mine showing 5, and there's was over an inch smaller
Well I've heard nothing back, £37 lost!
Would like to add that I did get a £10 refund.. so have changed it to 2 stars

Ok where do I begin Scammers took ages to arrive and when it did would fitted a child! Be aware unfortunately we do not have honest companies on our PCs so just be careful as there are mostly crooks out there and they are mostly from China that lovely honest country. Offering 15% of what you originally paid not a full refund as they say on their website! Compete Chinese scammers e aware DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LOW LIVES you are just throwing your money away down the drain! Well done britain you have managed to let yet another load of scammers into this little island!

I would like to warn everyone against ordering anything from this company. The dress I received was of very poor quality, the material was very thin and synthetic and the dress was shapeless and unflattering. It didn't look anything like the photos. When I requested a return I was told that I could either purchase another item at a reduced price and keep the dress, or receive a 15% refund and keep the dress, or send the dress back to China at my own cost! These are all unacceptable options. So beware of this company, it is a scam!

This company are scammers. Before, I told them I was going to give a review about them.Corra Moda website is a scammed. I didn't read review before purchasing my order. I ordered a red trainers and this scammers delivered a pink trainers to me. When I queried by emailing them, it took them almost two weeks to respond. They told me to keep the trainers and a refund of 15% of £28 will be refunded to my account or alternatively I should post the trainers to them bearing the cost. What a way to treat a new customer.
