Dreadful. Sent horrendous quality goods then when I try to contact for a refund they are ignoring my messages and the call number doesn’t exits. So basically have taken my money and won’t give it back. Raising a dispute with my bank!

Ordered a suede jacket …. Well it was advertised as suede but it’s 100 percent polyester ! I’ve emailed twice for refund but no response - plus you have to pay a lot to send back so not actually worth doing . Very, very poor and how they can say high quality !

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased a trench coat.
I spent nearly £50 and the quality was so rubbish, shein quality is much more better than this rubbish. And guess what? They are not replying to any of my emails for return!!! I guess the money gone to waste! Lesson learned, always look at the reviews before purchasing from a new shop!!!

I received my order after about 5 weeks it’s come and they are both too big, I’ve emailed and emailed but no response I just want my money back and to return them but they say you have to email for return info but then no response I’ve tried to call the number but just says invalid number

I ordered 2 linen dresses at £25 each, from Cara moda uk. I had to keep emailing as the took over a month to deliver them.i was very disappointed with what they sent the dresses where not linen but cheap nylon with a sort of plastic backing. I asked for my money back and was told they had to be posted back to China at a cost of £50, or I could keep them and have a 20% credit

I ordered a pair of men sandals, in June 25, and I never received my order. I reached out to them and they said that according to their records, it was delivered to door n0 5, yet mine is 35. They promised to send a replacement and since I have been played up as they insist that it was as well delivered. I requested for proof of delivery I was shown a white door yet mine is brown and apart of the street which isn't mine. Again I contacted them but they asked to ask around at my neighbours. I told them that the neighbourhood isn't even mine, but still was tossed around. In the end, I was cheated. So be careful as you maybe cheated as well

I ordered linen dresses and then sent me cheap, badly made polyester dresses. They will not refund me even though they have not honoured their sale.

Avoid buying anything from them. It’s a pity you can’t give minus stars. This company will send you substandard clothes which are normally made from low quality materials and not the material advertised on their website. When you want a refund they will only do so if you return the items to China which they know will cost around £15-£20 and so people won’t return them. They do not provide a return address in the UK even though they were dispatched from the UK. Never ever buy from them.

1 star has to be given. But id give them a 0. My nan (80 years old!) has fallen into the trap of ordering off of this site as she struggles to get to town! She has spent £100 on 2 dresses, (which is horrendous!!) this was over a month ago. She’s been told they no longer have those dresses in stock so she will be sent 2 others?? How do we know they equate to the first £100 she has spent. She has still not received any of the dresses. I have sent a complaint. Their communication is poor. Avoid at all costs. She will not be ordering from here again.

I would have preferred to to give them minus 5 stars. They are selling polyester rubbish claiming to be cashmere. This is clearly fraud and they should be banned from selling.

I would prefer to give them a half a star. Website is attractive. Clothes are poor quality and ill constructed. Return policy nonexistent. This is a fast-fashion ripoff.

Ordered jumper, totally wrong size, bad quality. This company despite trying to pretend it’s something to do with Sweden is CHINESE AND THATS WHERE YOU HAVE TO SEND RETURNS AT A COST OF BETWEEN 15 AND £25.
In other words it’s a scam. Avoid

It would be a zero. Rogue trader. Sent dodgy jacket back. Wrong size. Not as described. I did everything right to get a refund. They have the jacket stuck in customs for 3 months and refused to give me a refund.

Do not use this company, they barter when you want a refund!!. They charge £15-£25 shipping costs. Tried to cancel after 2 hours when I was informed I could but they said it was already shipped!! . Fabric and desin is cheap. BE WARNED , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered some items which looked good on the Internet. I did not realise they were coming from China. They are not true to the colour and the quality advertised. I tried to return but the return is to China and you have to pay for the return and it costs a fortune. The communication with their customer service is very poor. They failed to reply to my emails. I would not order from here in the future.

My wife ordered what was advertised as 1 piece swim dresses. When we received the order nearly 2 weeks later, the swim dresses were 2piece, so not what she ordered. I contacted the company to return the items and get a refund. They told me that the items could not be returned as they were ‘consumable/hygienic products which did not fall under their returns policy. They said we could keep them and they would refund 15% of the purchase price. This is shoddy. The company should not be operating and, of course, we will never buy from them sgain

This is a fraudulent Chinese company (no links to UK) who make sub-standard goods that do not reflect what they are promoting on their website. They will not refund and their customer service will just keep giving you automatic replies - basically ignoring your requests for refund etc. I have now given up on ever seeing my £60 that I paid for a horrific coat that looks like it is an overall from the 70's.

AVOID. AWFUL I ordered the “Gisela Cashmere Cardigan” (Order #14139, Aug 2025). What arrived was not cashmere, had no fabric/care labels, and looked nothing like the listing photos. I sent photos and asked for a full refund.
Customer service repeatedly offered 15% → 20% → 30% partial refunds or told me to return at my own expense to China (Zhejiang), despite the store branding itself as “Carro Moda UK.” They would not provide a prepaid label or confirm a full refund for goods not as described.
I’ve now initiated a chargeback with my card provider.
Tip: If you proceed, pay by credit card and keep all screenshots/emails.

Scammers. Absolutely appalling quality and service, should be closed down. I will also be complaining to trading standards; Although they are in China hopefully the UK website can be closed down for fraud
