My Ford Fusion is now eleven years old and was badly in need of an interior clean. I was recommended to use New Again who on dropping in to book I found to be courteous
and competent offering me an immediate service as they had had a no show. Today I collected my car and was impressed with the result and found they had gone beyond the agreed work at no extra cost.

Took my car in last week to New Again as I had found out about them and their water leaks expertise via some Google searching. The whole process was very professional, from the initial phone consultation questions to the actual diagnostics and repair of the water leak. They even sent me a video after the initial appraisal and at the completion of the work. Both Gary and James were very friendly, and James even recommended a lovely café across the road from them where I bought a very nice breakfast!

Had a Problem with my soft roof top it was dirty and it had been re-dyed leaving patches which just looked awful. I could not find anyone that I trusted to fix it until I came across New Again on the website.They looked very sincere and I thought I'll give them a go. At first i was not happy with the result, I had a chat with Gary the owner and he soon fixed the problem with no hesitation. I also met Conner who looked after me and worked hard to wash all the dirt and dye off . Conner managed to clean it and reproof it..He gave me the best job that he can deliver. My sad soft roof top looks a lot better and I would recommend anyone wanting their car to look good again look no further. Just give New Again a call and they'll fix it for you. Thanks for repairing the water leak on my Silver Ford Focus During the Christmas Holidays. There has been some downpours of rain and the car is still dry. I Will definitely travel from Wolverhampton again if I have any leaks in my car.

My 2011 M class has suffered from condensation forming on the windscreen for years and this year I decided to get it looked at.I found new again through a web search and arranged to take the car into them to try and find out where the water was getting into the car.My car as I probably expected wasn’t an easy fix!I found New Again’s approach to finding where the water was getting in(multiple places in my case) transparent, thorough and they kept me informed of their progress, although hindered by chasing Mercedes for parts.It was not a cheap fix in my case but it was money well spent as this winter as yet I have not needed to scrape the inside of my windscreen nor has it needed wiping over every morning. I would totally recommend New Again to anyone who needs a water leak sorting out but beware you could be opening up a huge can of worms on the way!! 10 out of 10 guys huge thank you!!

Just bought a 65 plate Audi A5 Cabriolet and the hood was looking a bit scruffy. Brought it to New Again and they cleaned and nano protected it .. I’m very pleased with the result and will definitely be using their services again.
All the people who I spoke to were very knowledgeable and happy to provide advise ..would definitely recommend.

Due to the pandemic my car was neglected abd the roof had turned green from black and whilst my car was parked up someone scretched it. Took it to new again and they did an amazing job on my car the roof is like new and the scratches have all disappeared. The team were really friendly and professional and the customer service was amazing. Will definitely take my cat there again and recommend them to everyone. The set-up at New Again from owner Gary down to guy on the till is top class - very experienced team with a passion for resolving any issues confronted with whilst keeping the clients' budget in mind when advising. Very rare that a business exists like this in 2021.

Had a water leak in my Astra and mould had started to grow. Had to drive over an hour to get to New Again, but it was worth it! They did a thorough inspection and sent a video to me highlighting all the leaks (there were several) with an invoice of recommended work. They fixed all the leaks and dried the car, the work was completed promptly and professionally with a full written report. I have had my car back for a week and checked all the areas that were leaking after two rainfalls and so far my car has remained dry. I would recommend them if you want your car leaks fixed as they know their stuff.

Very happy after having water drained from our B Max and all carpets dried out. After a few weeks noticed the rear sliding door was not working properly so took it back and Gary sprayed all the springs on the door now working well would recommend to others

Had my convertible roof cleaned with Nano protection. Looks better than when I bought it. Great service and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Someone threw a plastic bottle with water inside at my car when I was driving - result scuffs and dent to bonnet, autoprotect would not deal with flat surfaces on bonnet - New Again resolved scuffs and found another dent, although difficult to get to dent (they even found another one) managed to remove dents and polish out 90% of scuffs, almost invisible to the naked eye, looks great, charged a fair and reasonable price, quick repair. Gary and staff very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend

Found 3 water leaks in interior of the car very quickly ( they knew what to look for and where) and the remedial work was carried out quickly and professionally.Very satisfies.

Just had Matrix Black applied to my white XC40. Amazing results, the coating has added a pearlescent finish to the paintwork and it looks truly stunning. Honestly it's better than new.

3 weeks on, I haven't washed the car and it's still gleaming - I can't stop looking at the paintwork and it's really turning heads!

Excellent customer Service and knowledge , did not expect my 15 year old BMW roof to come out looking brand new, to my delight it did ! Very happy with the work. Definitely glad I chose New Again. Will be using again should I need to in the future.

Fixed my leak but my car came back with damage to my back bumper and my front electric windows haven’t worked since I got my car back when I contacted them they sent me photos enhanced to look like it was there before and my windows they just sent me a link from there site they just make excuses.
Offered to just patch spray or if I wanted to pay half £195 to get it repaired properly.
I am seeking legal advice now poor after service
