Sold my car at a great price recently during diwali. rc transfer has also been completed almost within 25 days! rc was the main reason i didnt want to sell to a local dealer. Very happy with my decision to sell to cars24.

I had a bad experience they literally fooled customers while buying a car. What was they given information about that car has some issues they hide and manage while selling. After few months how I got scammed. It has more repairs. Don’t take warranty or insurance from them. That warranty was shit. Nothing covers but while buying a car they said it will cover everything. Please don’t get scammed.

Whatever is mention prices on websise tgat is wrong once you reach there you will find hidden charges. Just recently my frnd Arif Subhan also waste him time for this unprofessional company . Company chat agents are only will say which is on website but in reality once you will go you will find hidden charges which is sane like car price . Totally useless company . Make a deal with some professional company

MISS COMMITMENT . MISS GUIDANCE IN REALITY VS MENTIONED ON WEBSITE.
Just Recently my friend Subhan Arif got very bad experience from them . They are just providing wrong information only to bring customer in to the office and trying to take down payment or selling without finance. They are telling this much hidden charges which no one will accept so they will try to sell without finance.
they have sales target because of that they are just manupulating people .Not professional company at all

1 star is also more than there service.
As there is no more options to remote 1 start so I am giving whatever is the worst . Their service is not even deserving for 1 start even . I had an bad experience with them because of that I have written a review and I receive emails and call and I feel they're going to resolve my issue. The issue was provided information which make me hopefully that was totally wrong and it was twice when I used customer chat to confirm if I am illegible to get car they confirmed yest I can . Once I reach they didn't even explain and said you can't . Even I don't know the reason and I was my time . After my complaint I received a call from their agent Mr Umair who informed me very clearly that there's always hidden charges . Imagine the hidden charges is similar to car amount which makes the price double. And he told me they're not mentioning the hidden charges to get attraction from customer to visit us only . And he also inform me that chat agents are also not informing all correct information because because there target is to bring customer.
I was shocked that where is the customer service than ? You guys are only scamming to bring client and at the end they'll surprised from your policy and your service and they'll go back and waste there time . Very bad service and bad experience. Please guys find good and well performer company which is trustable

🚫 One of the Worst Car Selling Experiences Ever — Beware of This App!

I had a terrible experience using this app to sell my Hyundai i10 (2012). They advertised a free inspection, but after inspection, I was charged ₹349 without prior notice.

Then, they quoted only ₹80,000 for my car — far below market value. Soon after, I started receiving 6–8 spam calls every day from their team, pushing me to list my car on their so-called C2C marketplace, promising a refund if I didn’t get a suitable offer within 7 days.

Once I listed, they started charging ₹50 per contact number — both numbers I paid for were switched off. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying I had “received 3 offers,” even though they were fake or possibly placed by Cars24 themselves to make it look like interest existed.

Their salesperson disappeared, and customer service was completely unhelpful.
In short, this app seems more focused on making money from users rather than actually helping them sell their cars.

I ended up selling my car on OLX for ₹1.5 lakhs — a smooth and genuine experience.
👉 Strongly advise everyone not to fall for this scam.

I called Car24 last month for my car’s valuation. After the inspection, the team told me I would have to pay to get the valuation amount, even though it was never mentioned before. I declined at that time because I didn’t want to pay extra

Today, I received another call from Car24. This time, they clearly said, “No charge will be applied, trust me.” Based on that assurance, I agreed. However, after they test-drove my car and completed the valuation, they again asked me to make a payment to see the amount.

When I spoke to the manager, he said, “You have to pay if you want to get the valuation amount; the rest is your choice.” This is very misleading and wastes people’s time.

I expected transparency, not hidden conditions. Please confirm everything in writing before you visit Car24 — verbal promises may not be reliable.
