CARS24 India 

This is a fraudulent company.. first they give a higher quote and will tell you that they are sending an inspection team after finalising the deal in 24 hour the payment will be done.Inspection guy wil then ask for INR 589…then after 2 hour they will call you and give a price less than 50%… So that you will get angry and stop business with them. There business is this.. From each call they earn INR500..Each day the executive goes for 10 inspection that means one person get INR5000 per day for the company.. Just imagine if they have 10 Executive per day income INR50000 … Per month 15 lakh. After all expenses they make cool 10 lakh per month from each district.. This is a scam. They should be take to consumer court.

Cars24 is a complete fraud. My car is in perfect condition and is serviced regularly and washed in professional washing service atleast once a month. I wanted to sell my car so I contacted cars24 who sent someone for inspection. The inspector said that the car is in showroom condition and I should get offers of upto 19 lakhs from the company. I would just have to opt for a Rs. 1000 inspection report which I could then use to advertise outside as well. Having paid, I received an inspection report which is in complete contrast to the truth. There are mentions of scratches and dents which dont exist. There is a mention of engine noise which doesn't exist. Basically the report is unusable if you want use it to sell it outside cars24. Its a lie and fraud. On top of that they have offered just Rs. 11.8 lakhs. The same spec cars with similar mileage, they sell for more than Rs. 18 lakhs. Its a complete fraud.

These guys are scammers from the first call, do not fall for it.. they will give you a fake quote and get you to do the inspection then ask u for money and then 30% less they will offer you and say jab koi auction hoga we will buy, dont trust them.. then they will spam you and ask you to sell it for 30% lesser, when you get angry they will tell you who asked you to answer our call if u dont want to sell, they have to be taken to court and straightened out.. most reviews here are fake the 5 and 4 star

Cars24 r biggest fraud.....they make fool n forced u too pay 2000rs ....to make ur car live n after that they will nt received ur call......same thing happened to me 2 days before....stop selling ur car to this platform.....making fool of customer.......after paying amt for live...they will disappear.....no contact

I listed my car on Cars24 and was told that paying ₹1652 would give me more views and better chances of selling. I was also assured that the full amount would be refunded afterward. I made the payment on 11/11/2025, but I still have not received any refund. The boosted ad did not help at all—no increased views, no buyers, nothing. When I contacted support, they kept giving excuses and didn’t resolve my issue. This app feels very misleading, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Fake company and fake commitments. Never ever go to them for selling your car. Their executives are big time liars and are master in fooling customers.

We have raised ticket post purchasing from Car 24 because we were facing issues with the steering movement. We got Sudip Smith Paul assigned for the service of the car.

With due diligence we are so satisfied with his guided work for the car where he delivered more than our expectations.

Mr.Sethuram addressed my issue of wireless charger for my car. He is very polite in his behavior and professional in his work too. I am very much pleased and happy with his work.

Even after 1 week, there is no good offer or attempt to address my concern. Please don't do any business with Cars24.

I tried to sell my car. The inspection was free. But the person and cars24 app showed that I may get extra 5 % through becoming a PRO seller. I paid the requisite fee but the price they quoted were far less than the outside retailers offers. I just believed in cars24 because of company reputation. But their own persons told on phone that PRO is just a plan which makes money for company and no additional value or efforts for the customer.

So, in all, please don't purchase their any such plan.
I am writing on behalf of my own experience. I expect you may have good one.

The staff is least interested in doing the PDI and not even looked so experienced the way he answered my queries related to the car inspection.He just clicked the car photos and upload it on the report and this behaviour shows that he just wanted to run away from the PDI as soon as possible.

The techinician sethuram is very polite and he arrived on time and explained me the issues properly.satisfied very much.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service given by Mr Swarup maity from cars24 Warranty team. My issue r resolved now.Thank you Cars24
