Its one of the few car sales places that we have been to that was happy for us to take our time to walk around, look in any car and test drive. I was their with my 3 children and wife and i think we stayed for a couple of hours. We went away to think about a couple of cars first. The salesman wasn't rude or annoyed due to the amount of time we was at his site for. Then we went back and purchased an Audi A6 Avant 2008 and got a good deal. Highly recommended and i would use them again.

I bought an excellent ex-Motability car from Cars4Less. The vehicle was in great shape, with low mileage, for a terrific price. The customer service was second-to-none - I test-drove the car no fewer than three times, and asked lots of stupid questions. Nicole showed not only great forbearance but also great good humour.

Worth driving out to Ripley for the bargain, the quality, and the one-to-one customer care you get from a local operation like this. Cars4Less have certainly earned a five-star review and my seal of approval.

We purchased a 3yr old Golf. The sales experience was very relaxed, Eddie even let us take the car out on our own for a test drive. We loved the car and collected 3 days later from the very helpful Nicole. A few days later we found an issue with the Cruise Control sensor and we had to take the car into our local VW dealer. The issue wasn't covered by the Warranty company, however between them, Eddie and the VW dealership it was sorted without us getting involved, other than to book the car in then collect and forward the invoice. Would not hesitate to purchase again and recommend to others.

After months of searching for the right car and place to buy it from I'm glad we came across it at Cars 4 Less. It was Nicole (the owner's daughter) that sorted everything from viewing the car to driving it away. We didn't once feel pressured to buy. We were left alone to look around the car and were able to test drive it too. All without the prying eyes of pushy sales people!!
Pleasant buying experience and even a follow up courtesy call a few days later asking if everything was ok....which it still is.

I bought a 2012 volkswagen golf bluemotion 1.6 tdi in March of this year from cars 4 less , I am very happy with the car and have had no problems with the car. I bought the car and had a 6000 mile warranty included in the sale of the car,I haven't needed to contact the garage in this time , I have driven over 6000 miles since it was purchased .I found eddie to be a man of his word the car was serviced and delivered on time .I would recommend this garage with no hesitation.

Purchased a Corsa In February it was £500 cheaper and 2 years newer and half the mileage of the same model at a main dealer in derby and Eddie offed £300 more on my trade in. Eddie also gave a six month warranty. Four months later a warning light came on. NO worries Eddie took the car to main vauxhall dealers to investigate and fix. Eddie paid the bill. A genuine warranty. Such a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend Cars-4-Less to everyone.

Easy sale procedure, with no hassle or pressure during the viewing and test drive procedure.
My car had no mats in it, didn't notice at the time, these were probably never in it at the dealer, but this attention to detail would improve the quality of service to an outstanding level.
I would not hesitate to use them again and may ask if they do a "find me a particular car" service for my next purchase.
