Easy to use auction and post-sale experience, fantastic customer support

5/21/25, I bought a 2015 Porsche 911Turbo S Cabriolet. 5/31/25, I received the car. The next day while washing the car, I noticed a previously repaired cracked bumper. The damage was not disclosed in the ad nor by The Lemon Squad (their inspection service). I notified the seller & Cars and Bids. The seller blew me off. Cars and Bids offered no support. They said, "They would make a note of it in seller's profile." 6/5/25, I don't see anything in the seller's profile. I guess it is OK for this unscrupulous dealer K2222 Eyas to commit fraud on this site. There is NO WAY K2222 or the Lemon Squad missed this previous repair.

I purchased a vehicle that is listed with no transmission issues, only minor chips and a thrust rob bushing, i went through the website internal systems to purchase the car and ship it, it arrived with a slipping clutch and very undriveable un like what the listing said, contact both seller and website the said to get a diagnosis by the bmw dealer so the can have the seller help with the repair, i did that and once i showed the seller the report he stopped responding, the website took zero accountability and told me i should have done more research as if i didnt go through the whole listing and didnt see any mention of transmission issues,
They refused to help at all and all the could do is refund 275$ buyer fee and ban the seller, bit late if you ask me letting someone sell a broken car under a listing that says its almost perfect is very scammy.

I sold my 2013 Mustang on Cars&Bids. The entire process is very easy and smooth, from submitting the car to transferring it to an out-of-state buyer. The support team was quick to respond, and very helpful along the way. I got a good sale price, and I don't have any complaints about my experience. If I need to buy or sell another cool car, this is the place to be.

I've tried and tried to get a car listed, but received no response from "customer service." Customer service is non-existent. When you can't find a phone number on the website prominently displayed (you have to Google it) and then it just goes to voicemail...it's not acceptable.

My experience was great! I won an auction for a 2000 BMW Z3. The seller was fantastic and as an enthusiast, he knew all the ins and outs of the car. The auction, purchase, and pickup all went smoothly and the car has been wonderful.
