I went online to look at cars for my wedding and came across cars for stars and asked for a quote on some of the cars, the service that I received from Steffan was absolutely outstanding, nothing was too much hassle and he helped in assisting us to find our perfect wedding cars, a great to addition to the company, thankyou Steffan and thankyou cars for stars will definitely recommend you to others .

My wedding was in January and I had been let down by another company last minute 4 my wedding cars. And that's when cars for stars came along. They handled everything from start to finish and really helps take off the stress. Our car was gorgeous and the chauffeur was very helpful. I recommend cars for stars to ANYONE and everyone!! Big thanks to Kyle and cars for stars!

For my daughters 13th birthday she said she wanted to be a princess, the best way to make her feel special on her birthday was to get her a princess limo!! She loved every minute!! The driver made her feel like royalty!! Massive thank you to the sales team best bunch I've ever dealt with!!

Was 30 mins late. The mobile number provided with which to contact the driver was not being answered. The driver Couldn't find our address even though I'd called the day before to give directions and provide a land line for the driver to use for verbal directions on the night. Neither were used. Cars for Stars promised additional 18th birthday decorations in my daughters favourite colour. These were not provided. Cars for stars promised champagne but only a bottle of wine was provided. Cars for stars promised non alcoholic drink for a child this was also not provided. The driver had no idea where our destination was or that I had booked additional pick ups en route. We constantly had to give directions as to the best route to reach our destination. The driver was polite and courteous and my daughter really enjoyed the experience but the shine was taken away by the above points. You don't expect this when you pay lots of money for a service. not very impressed.

Booked a limo for a special birthday didn't arrive and cars for stars weren't even interested. Told me I had no contract with them or the company they used to provide the service so in all, let down and no interest in resolving issues. Will NEVER use them and would advise you not to either.

I booked two cars for my wedding on 26 September 2015. A white limo and the white beauford. The service received was fantastic. The cars arrived in time and the drivers were amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A gorgeous Bentley Mulsanne for myself and future hubby and also a car for my bridesmaids too. I'm a thrilled with the great service. When you go to CarsForStars website, don't be scared to live chat them. They are so helpful and not pushy. I was lucky enough to get Kyle twice and I'm really pleased with my overall experience. Service was amazing. I think there were only a couple of things that happened one of which was not your fault. A couple of days before, i rang and double checked the Limo and they asked to change the timing from half 10 to 10. The other thing was that although it was a 2 hour slot and it was to Blackpool and back we were only actually in the illuminations about 20/25 minutes. Other than that it was really good and i would definitely recommend doing it again!

Great service offered from the advisor who started our booking, sourced the vehicle of our choice even though it was a last minute treat for our daughters wedding day. Order conformation instant on email and easy to understand. A week before the wedding a bit of a hiccup when the garage was burned down with all the Speciality cars. We were offered an alternative vehicle as the car offered did not meet our needs Your team sourced us our chosen car to ensure Our expectations were met for our daughters wedding day.

We were looking for a chauffeur driven white Range Rover, as a late decision for our daughter's wedding on Saturday, 19th September 2015. My wife came across Carsforstars and made the necessary arrangements and we were totally satisfied with the overall service provided.

Paul was the driver, who was punctual, arriving in plenty of time and parked the car in a shaded area to keep it cool on a hot, sunny day. He was at all time pleasant and helpful and used his experience to advise us. This helped play a part in what was a perfect and memorable day.

Got us there in pleanty of time, car was clean and driver was very polite and engaging. Made sure that we were enjoying the drive. She also went out of her way to make she we were as close to our venue as possible and were able to contact her for the return journey. The call centre staff member was fantastic and very friendly.

I booked an Austin princess for my wedding, and was absolutely delighted with the car and the service and communication i received from cars for stars. The driver was so polite and courteous.

We booked a limo for a return theatre journey back in March 2015. Cars for Stars contracted this to Wycombe Limousine (which doesn't even seem to be a proper company). Limo turned up on time and drove us to the theatre. However, they were late to pick us up from the theatre and we were told that the limo was stuck in traffic. After waiting for about an hour, we called again only to be told that it was still stuck in traffic. At this stage, we couldn't wait any longer as we had dinner reservations. We ended up taking the train back instead. After contacting Wycombe Limousine, they promised to refund 50% of the cost (£150), but this has never happened. We have been given the silent treatment for the past three months. We have also contacted Cars for Stars and they haven't been much help either. They say that they will contact Wycombe Limousine, but then you don't hear anything. We have called them as well as trying to contact them through Facebook, but they are now also giving us the silent treatment. It appears that they simply act as a middle man and don't really care about if the limo actually turns up or not. Very disappointed with the whole experience and I would advise anyone thinking about hiring a limo not to use Cars for Stars in the future.

I booked two hummer limos with carsforstars for my sons wedding as we needed to transport some family so we needed the largest limo they offered. As it was for a wedding, we felt it would be appropriate to have them in white which was initially agreed and paid for with carsforstars. However a few weeks before the event we were told that they could no longer provide the white vehicles agreed as they no longer had a contract with the vehicle providers which we understood however we believed that they would source them from elsewhere in the same colour but this was not the case. Even though we were aware that they had other white hummers available for the day, they did not offer these as they were apparently too far away and would result in extra fuel costs however we felt that this was unfair as we had agreed on white vehicles and that the reason that they were unavailable was not our fault. As a result carsforstars offered two silver hummers with one even having black on it as well. Because we had agreed on white vehicles, we felt we were entitled to a discount on the price of the vehicles however carsforstars argued that the silver ones were suitable replacements however the colour was not suitable at all as we needed white as it was a wedding. During this was phase, carsforstars were very stubborn as they forced us into going for the silver vehicles and not giving us any other options or discount. In addition to this we could not go with any other companies as they had taken a deposit and would not return it even though they broke their agreement made. Overall carsforstars offered atrocious service as they did not co-operate or compromise with us when they were not able to provide the vehicles. I highly recommend to not book through carsforstars and just go straight through the hire companies as they are a waste of time when it comes to brokers.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Cars for Stars. Ian, our driver was excellent.

Booked a rolls Royce ghost as a wedding car in silver and blue for a competitive price at the time of booked but boy did that change. After paying the deposit to securely book the vehicles we felt that no more payments would be needed until the day of the wedding however a few days prior I was informed by the company that provided the vehicle that no deposit had been taken therefore the vehicle was not even properly booked. As a result of this I was forced into paying an extra deposit just to secure the vehicle on top of the one that I had already paid to carsforstars. I later found out that carsforstars did not pass on the deposit and instead kept the money for themselves, appalling service from a professional company. Would definitely not recommend unless you want endless hassle!

We want to say a massive thank you to the drivers of our wedding cars on the 7th August 2015 (Silver Mercedes S Class) driving the wedding party from our house to Stoke Place in Stoke Poges. The drivers arrived in plenty of time and were very friendly, polite and attentive. The cars were beautiful, clean and dressed all in wedding ribbon. The journey was 40 minutes from house to venue but we travelled in luxury and comfort. The drivers couldn't do enough for us and ensured we were all well watered with either soft drink or alcohol.... I generally couldn't fault them. We were very impressed with the service.
