All employees should be on the same page, but everybody has a way of telling a question but make sure all employees are all on the same page and when a customer ask something this have to do with company policy, then employee should know and give the right answer. Don’t be nonchalant about it like it’s nothing, say something that’s gonna help the customer to fill at ease. Don’t say it’s nothing when really it adds up to something be pacific that would make the customer feel feel comfortable don’t have to reach out to anyone else

Canceled my contract 3 days after my 30…
Canceled my contract 3 days after my 30 day money back grace period, sudden operation, no big deal. Then for 2 months my bank account was hit for full amount no refunds. I couldn't be more amazed and plan to offer my honest experience daily until the situation changes or not. 316-928-1206

False claims of coverage
I've had carshield since 2021, putting in $8000. I need new motor mounts on my car. Carshield is only covering $600 out of $1700. You all are wanting the dealership to use after market parts, which they cannot do. Simple fact is after market is no guarantee that they will hold up. I was not told this by the claims lady, that the parts is after market. She left this out. I have been taking advantage of with false claims of coverage, especially after putting in that much money from 2021.

I saved around $800-$900 on the repair and replacement part. The part was delivered to the repair facility the next day following my claim. The repair was completed that day and I picked up the vehicle that evening. The whole process was easy and painless from start to finish. Definitely glad I had CarShield in place!!

I was led to believe
I was led to believe, by TV ads as well as a Car Shield representative, that the $250 deductible was the most that I would have to pay for service. Not true, I ended up paying just under $700 out of pocket on a roughly $1300 repair, and that was after several months of arguing with them by myself and the dealership. Totally unacceptable!!

The soliciting via mail is annoying and predatory. I realize it was probably either the DMV or the Volvo dealer that sold them my information. Privacy? No real option to opt out? Who needs those?
The only thing their predatory mail ad caused was to make me tell people to avoid this company, and write this review.
