The customer service levels from 'Cars to Go' are in my opinion the best l have come in many a year. They went over and above to provide the vehicle l purchased with the smallest issues being resolved without question. Happy, I'm over the moon.

Chris and the team at cars to go are excellent. Recently sourced a defender 90 for me. It was exactly the car and spec I was looking for and made the whole transaction seamless and enjoyable.

I recently purchased a car through this company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well looked after throughout. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Should have known from the start that this garage weren’t being honest with their sale! When looking around the car there were noticeable scratches to the bonnet, we were told their “in house detailer” would sort this & that they “wouldn’t ever sell a car like this” when my husband collected the car we noticed the scratches hadn’t been done, they had put it through the Polish car wash (opposite the garage) as their air fresheners were a giveaway!!
We put this aside, we paid for a trusted detailer to machine polish the car ourselves. Also when collecting the car there was a split in the back tyre which “they hadn’t noticed”. This car was also sold to us with a track tyre to the rear of the car (which is not legal!).
Shortly after we contact the garage as the spare key provided wasn’t working, booked the car into VW to be told that the spare key is 2 years older than the car itself so could not be re-programmed, however now they are aware it’s £400 for a new key they don’t want to know! They don’t have to provide 2 keys with a car however we were sold the car with 2 KEYS!! Now ignoring texts and phone calls…
I would not recommend these guys at all, they got their money & now do not give a shit!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

6 weeks on and then Aston is doing well and perfect. Already done 700 miles and considering it's only done 34ishk when bought so stunning.
Well recommend using these 2 guys.

Car was amazing at pick up. Taken out to explain everything. Car is amazing.

Just purchased a Maserati from cars to go I delt with Stuart from the sales team Stuart was very professional and helpful and did not put me under any pressure to buy, My self and my daughter took the car for a test drive again under no pressure we finalised the deal and drove the car away, once again i would like to thank Stuart for his help and i would recommend Cars to go.

so why are carstogo getting a one star review? Purchased a VW Touareg back August 3rd first issue got home and noticed part of drl was not working on headlight. Messaged Nichola a few times about issue and was told one would be ordered and sent to me as ii was happy to have it fitted. But, before that was sorted I had an engine management light come on, diagnosed as injector failure. This came on within the three months warranty period. Messaged Nichola who gave me Chris's number during first conversation he asked if I had taken out a extended warranty which I had not. The next day I phoned and got to speak to Chris and was told he would not pay for injector as comes under wear and tear (over £400 fitted) during the same conversation I asked when headlight would arrive? It hadn't been ordered. I had found one on Ebay for £600 and agreed to pay £200 towards cost. Chris offered £250 which I accepted as I didn't think I would get anymore. He also told me I should have purchase an extended warranty but, after thinking about the outcome, I was not happy so phoned Citizen's Advice who advised he was in breach of contract under consumer rights act 2015. They also gave me a link to draft a letter stating this, so did that, sent one to Chris and one to Carstogo. I then received a message from Chris stating how he would not pay for injector, its a wear and tear item and was not present at time of purchase also had no idea how vehicle had been treated. I'm a 58 year old man not a boy racer. He then ended message with feel free to take this further if you feel the need only by email so I can forward it to my legal team. Do not message me on my private phone again. Which I thought this came across as aggressive and not prepared to negotiate about the issue. I have had a second injector failure which I emailed Nichola about who replied with wear and tear and would not be paid for. I offered to split the cost but they no longer reply to my emails. So just beware if you buy a car from Carstogo they will flaunt your rights and hide under the banner of wear and tear.

Fantastic experience with cars to go and Chris is so helpful went out of his way to get my car ready and delivered.
Great car I love it bmw x3 and won’t be shopping anywhere else would highly recommend.
