Bought a mercedes beautiful looking car. Had it 3 months. Then would not start or drive. Got towed away. Took 6 weeks to get it back. Got it back and a another problem got it towed again another 3 weeks with out a car. Went up to the car work shop looking for some update on the car and the manager of the garage said what do you expect buying a second hand Mercedes. I said it caused me 15.500 thousand euros. All in they were no help at all had my car for 9 weeks and would not extend my warranty for a extra 9 weeks. Keep away the car maintenance department are useless and will not put anything work they carried out on your car in writing. Terrible experience and after sales help

I bought a 2018 Nissan Qashqai from this Dublin dealership on finance. During the sale, I was persuaded to take out an additional insurance package that was described as covering dents, scrapes, paint scuffs, and similar damage.
When my car suffered what I considered to be a small dent, I contacted them to have it repaired. My claim was refused on the basis that the dent was too large, even though I believed it was only a minor dent. I felt the policy had been misrepresented to me, so I cancelled it.
What made matters worse was that after cancelling the policy, my finance repayments were never reduced, despite the cost of the insurance having been built into the finance agreement. I repeatedly contacted both the dealership and the head office in Cork by phone and email to try to resolve the issue, but my calls and emails went unanswered.
I even asked if the policy could be reinstated so I could make a claim, but that request was also refused.
Based on my personal experience, I was very disappointed with both the insurance product and the level of customer service I received. I would encourage anyone considering this type of optional insurance to carefully read the terms and conditions, ask exactly what is and isn't covered, and make sure they understand how cancelling the policy could affect their finance agreement before agreeing to it.

Pressured into a 500 euro 'refundable' deposit that they are now refusing to refund.
Went in to view cars and started at Carstore, sat down to discuss potential finance on a Volvo CX40. Before we know if we are being asked for a 500 euro deposit before they will check the finance, we inform them we are still looking around and don't want to commit to anything as we were still looking around.
We were then told both verbally and via messages that the deposit would be refundable if finance was too expensive. I informed them the repayments were too high for us and their solution was to extend the finance period which I was not happy with.
We then informed them we were purchasing elsewhere due to cost and once I mentioned my 500 euro refundable deposit I was swiftly blocked. I then had to call in to them and I was told I am not entitled to my refund as the car was registered to me and they had valeted the car in the meantime, I had not signed off on anything with them at this stage!
Throughout the whole process communication from them was very poor and no information was given to me on the finance breakdown, trade-in value, deposit after I requested this, Once they had their 500 euro communication dropped off.
I would advise to stay clear of the salesman if you have any doubt on what you want as they will push and shove to get your money down.

My mother was in her 70's buying a car from them. Multiple simple issues and they refused to call her back to help, they ignored phone calls and emails from my sister and myself. I had to physically go to the store to try to resolve issues. One issue was that one key wasn't coded. Eventually they collected the car to get a key coded, and a speeding ticket came in the door. I phoned 2 months ago, still waiting on a call back. Sales blame reception, reception blame sales, endless excuses, no service.

A seamless experience with Liam and Warren the in Carstore, Cork. Walked in, seen the car and Liam/Warren done the rest and delivered the car.

Satisfied with my Kearys Carstore Limerick experience. Darren, the sales rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and followed up on everything that I asked for. The 12 month warranty that they provide as standard on used cars was also a major plus point.

I purchased a Renault Captur little island . I have to say Duncan was amazing and was helpful dealing with our issues although we wait nearly 4 weeks to have the car because of too many issues of the car but the end of the day it was worth waiting. Duncan was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommended

My previous car was giving me trouble so I went looking for a second hand car enquired about 3 different cars from three different companies the first person back was Diarmuid from Kearys first with a video then a phone call from the second I spoke to him up to the handshake after receiving my car he has bring 5 star went through everything answered all my questions also Brendan who was brilliant as well definitely highly recommend Diarmuid and Kearys thanks again Stephen

A pleasure to deal with. I hate buying cars, and the salesman, Richard, could not have been more accommodating.

He cheerfully facilitated an independent inspection for us, giving me the contact details for the service team that could be passed on to the firm I had chosen to inspect the car. The car was spotless.

He arranged delivery for us in Cork and collection of our trade-in. He even posted down my prescription sunglasses after I left them in our old car!

All in all, it couldn’t have been easier; and one month later, we are still thrilled with our new Kona EV.

Service team were excellent. I was on holiday in West Cork and i had an alert on my car two days before heading home. Particular praise for Marius. Within a few of hours of my arrival at Kearys the team identified the issue, secured the part and got me back in the road safely. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. What could have been a nightmare situation for me was dealt with calmly, quickly and efficiently. So impressed - keep up the good work!
