I have had my Mitsubshi L200 for over 25 years. Despite its age when I bring it to Westbrook Motors for service I always receive exemplary service and advice and it is always a pleasure to chat to the team looking after my vehicle.

Long overdue review for Westbrook motors. Since buying my Renault Capture when they were based in town, I cannot fault the service, professionalism, friendliness and overall care I have received from all the staff at Westbrook. From organising an emergency replacement car on a Friday afternoon to enable me attend a country wedding , to carrying out repairs and any other service issues, in a timely manner, I have never been let down. Have been a very happy customer of Westbrook now for >8 years. Mark, Damien and Paddy have always given highest quality of service in sales, service and repair. Always impressed that arrangements are kept and the little extras like a coffee or using the wifi for work while waiting on the car service.

I purchased a beautiful 152 VW Golf from Mario in Westbrook Motors just before Christmas. Mario sold me the car and his selling style was above par. Westbrook insist that they went through every single aspect of the car before they handed it over to me timing belt changed ( only 30 k miles on odometer) brake pads and a full service. Mario also got an apple carplay system fitted to the Golf which really brought it up to 2024 tech standards. It was really reassuring to buy a car that's been gone through professionally and with the two-year Mafre warranty I feel very reassured that I got a great car at a very good deal from the guys in Westbrook Motors. There's a lot of people out there selling cars and Westbrook Motors certainly show how it's meant to be done. Great work Mario, Mark, Damien and Pat

Mario in sales was great to deal with, honest, friendly and would recommend him and the aftercare team to family and friends with full confidence they would have the same fantastic experience I did.

From start to finish Damien and Mark were great! They were invested in finding me the right car and not just interested in selling me one which made such a difference. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Almost 7 years dealing with westbrook I was able to leave both cars for service based around my schedule. Excellent service with detailed explanation of services Paddy and Damien were again Excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend westbrook motors

I recently purchased a car from Westbrook. I found Mario to be extremely helpful, friendly and totally accessible for any questions. He went above and beyond to help me.
When I followed up to check on a timing belt query without hesitation my request was followed through.
I was met by Mark the owner and he was exceptionally friendly and genuinely wanted me to leave feeling like my car will not need anything but a service in the foreseeable. I got the the feeling that they take pride in providing a top notch experience for their customers

We named our orange eNote 'Carmen' after Sesame Street's singing orange.
We have indeed fallen in 'amour with the rebelious bird' that is the Note.
Thought my 330e would be a hard act to follow but the Note is more comfortable, more practical and there's no great loss of pace.
Would highly reccomend the Note e-power and Westbrook motors have the best selection.

Brought my Outlander in for a service in March and was very impressed by the whole process. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Car was returned from the service in great condition and is running perfectly. Would have no issue with recommending them.

Bought my 2nd Outlander in late 19 & the service I've received since has been great. They call you to let you know what needs to be done. Gives you a vehicle while yours is in getting serviced.
Overall they take care of their customers.

Consistent customer service. Have used Westbrook for my car services for over five years and have recommended to friends and family. Always a pleasant experience. Any additional or unexpected works are advised before being carried out so there are no unexpected surprises when you go to collect.
