EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SALESMAN MICHAEL IN LIMERICK CARSTORE. ALL STAFF FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND NO HARD SELL. THIS IS MY SECOND CAR FROM KEARYS.
I WOULD RECOMME4ND THEM. THEY HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF CAR TYPES.

Well lads what can i say other than excellent customer service from start to finish. I have been dealing with James from the Limerick branch and what a genuine gentleman. I needed to replace my old car ASAP so left a query which James came back to me very quickly with, I explained my situation and from there James looked after everything, next day collect my new car and was delighted with everything. Had one small issue which I reported back to James who instructed me to return the car for it to be sorted and gave me a loan car with a full tank of diesel with no hesitation. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family!!!!!!

I traded in my car with Carstore and Michael Mullins was the sales representative who assisted me with all the process.As a woman I personally do not know a lot about cars but Michael was there for me he helped me with information on each and every car I chose and it helped me make a good choice.
All the paperwork was done so fast.I appreciate Michael Mullins for the good job,he is very professional and he keeps the communication lines open updating you on each stage.He explains all the details even the smallest ones and makes sure you understand and he makes it his responsibility that you are a happy customer.Carstore Limerick,that’s the best place to be if you need a car and if u want to be a happy customer.

I purchased a Car from this store on Saturday last and I must say it was the easiest transaction I ever did , I gave them my trade in Details and Liked this particular car and drove up from cork and car, paperwork and everything done in no time , Joey & Shane were great and very helpful , best ever , Ill be back again!! 👍

Looked up Kearys Limerick online ,picked my car,rang Limerick I was immediately looked after by the receptionist. I was then put through to car salesman Ashley Kelliher who looked after me as good as could be done.I travelled twice from Sligo first time to view the car,secondly to collect my purchase. I'll be back...

We recently bought a car from the Limerick store.. shortly after we realized the car was not suitable for our needs.. after contacting sales manager James and explained our situations we negotiated for the car to be replaced with another car.. James could not have been more helpful and made the whole process stress free!! would highly recommend this carstore in the future

I would highly recommend Keary's carstore. This is the 2nd time, I have bought a car from them. Miguel was brilliant to deal with, from start to finish, he really looked after everything for me.

Bought a car in January 2023. Few teething issues which were sorted but caused hassle. Now the warranty situation is handled through Mapfre..and its not properly explained when buying. . Any issue is hassle hassle hassle and the network of mechanics is not ideal in any way.... this is our 2nd car from Carstore and it will be our last.

Bought a car that turned out was not ready to be sold yet, missing NCT disc, needed new tyres, only 1 key. Then it had to be taken back after a week for a mechanical issue. I was constantly chasing for updates and got fed up to the point where I asked them to take the car back and give me a refund.
The manager was very nice and sorted the issues, but it was an unnecessary 2 weeks of hassle.

I dealt with Ashley Kelliher in Limerick, and what a joy that was! Courteous, informed and efficient, he made the whole process painless for me. I had asked my husband to do a test drive, due to my work commitments. Before he had returned home, I received a video from Ashley, in which he addressed me by name, and addressed my needs in a car. As a family we are will be returning customers very shortly….and we will be requesting Ashley! Thank you young man, you went above and beyond what we expected!

I recently purchased a car in Kearys Carstore Limerick . This was my first time doing this on my own and as nervous as I was , I was treated amazingly . From the moment I went in to view the car to the close of the purchase . I dealt with an amazing sales person called Ashley who genuinely looked after my queries . He didn’t push the sale , he listened with genuine interest and explained everything about the car to me . I also dealt with another guy called James who equally dealt with my paperwork and made the whole experience so easy . I’m in the retail business many years and customer service is our key focus , Ash and James blew me away . They say word of mouth is powerful , and I have already shared this experience with many . My daughter will be buying her first car and will definitely be purchasing from here . Well done , from a very happy customer

Bought a car through Kearys Limerick. Absolute pleasure!! I was dealing with Cian and he couldn't have done more to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy with everything. ( i even left my toll tag in the trade in and he posted it back to me!!) Wonderful. :)
They also do communication via WhatApp which was brilliant any queries I had were dealt with quickly and meant I didnt have to take any calls through my work day. Definitely Recommend!

Bought a car recently Michael John Sales Executive was very good and easy to deal with we did have one issue small connection error every now and then to rear view camera but it’s scheduled to be fixed
