First time buying a car from cars under £3000 genuinky a brilliant experience!!

Genuinely a brilliant experience buying from cars under £3000. The service is second to none and it's a very enjoyable experience buying a car from them!!

After a horrible experience at a previous dealership carsunder 3000 was amazing. Bailey spoke to me via the phone the day before, explained what would happen and the next day met me at the dealership and made things a breeze, small things like mindless chatter on test drive made me at ease and truly was a great experience made all the better by Bailey.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying from Cars Under 3000.
I purchased a car from them in July 2025 and paid an extra £500 for a warranty, believing it would give me peace of mind. Fast forward just seven months and the car is already having serious issues, going into limp mode.
When I bought the car, I was told if there were any problems I could bring it back to them. Now that there are problems, they suddenly don’t want to look at it. I was told to take it to Halfords, as they are apparently the approved garage for the warranty — but they can’t carry out the required work. Then I was told any VAT-registered garage could do the repairs. Still no progress.
Cars Under 3000 said they would call me back to resolve this. I’m still waiting.
At this point, it feels like I paid £500 for a useless piece of paper and a car that only lasted seven months before developing faults. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor aftercare. Once they’ve got your money, don’t expect much support.
Would not recommend.

Great experience buying a used car here. Chris was great. Really helped without being pushy or putting on any pressure. He didn’t use the hard-sell at all but used his knowledge to help and advise.

Excellent Dean was very helpful finding a myself and my children a new affordable car.

Although there have been a few issues with my car, the team were very helpful and resolved everything quickly. Rik made the process smooth and stress-free.

After sales is awful. Would not trust them to fix your car.
Actually causes more problems to my car and did not fix the radiator that needed replacing, but forced a brake fluid cap onto coolant tank instead.

Have used these guys many times and never had anything but amazing service and kind and helpful staff members! Highly recommend for high quality, reasonably priced cars.

THEY DO NOT HAVE LOG BOOKS!!!!!
Whilst the staff and manager are friendly and happy to help, the teenager who was helping us, never seemed available. next the car we looked at had some significant damage that appeared to be where someone had tried to steal the car, apprently they had not noticed parts of plastic missing and the huge scratches but they will fix it. so we continued, service history a little dodgy but not their fault. when we was ready to pay my husband asked for the log book first he already had asked if they had one. The teenager proceeded to give my husband a piece of paper. Obviously my husband explained that is not a Log book and that he would be unable to tax the car. The teenager tried to state that it was but go to the post office to tax it which you can not do without the v5 number ON THE LOG BOOK! He offered to tax the car for us but too much didn't add up at this point so walked away. Apparently this also happened with my daughters boyfriend. NO LOG BOOK! This is why they are happy to tax the car for you but you have to pay the tax. You have to order the log book, which then means you wait months for a new one and you have to pay for that. In all the years of buying cars we have never come across this.

Great service. Made the purchase of my new car an easy experience. Very friendly without being pushy. Left to look over the vehicle with no rush. Couldn't be happier.

If we could give 10 stars we would.
We bought a Porsche from here and we can only say that the staff and customer service was exceptional from start to finish.
Taylor initially showed us the car and was beyond excellent.
We were then over seen by Michael the general manager who was outstanding and dealt with everything that we asked for. He went above and beyond for us.
This company was a pleasure to do business with and we would highly recommend them and will definitely return for any further cars needed.

Really friendly staff, all questions answered honestly. Despite being really busy, Ben and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Smooth transaction when sorting the financial side of things with Rik. We've used this company before and would definitely use again and recommend to others.
