Very good company the only thing was it took about a week for my car to be collected but overall everything went well.

Was slightly delayed for pick up due to an overrun appointment. The guy had loaded the car and was waiting for me. He was so courteous and polite. I felt so bad for being late but he was just a super nice human. I gave him the log book and he gave me the money. Fast and efficient and so easy to deal with . Thank you

We have scrapped 2 cars via cartakeback and Hammond Lane with collection from our door.
Given a collection date and a 3 hour window.
A text the night before as a reminder
A call from the driver with his ETA.

I would use cartakeback again if necessary but the Price given for the car was very low.

My car failed its NCT, I entered car reg, got quote not very much but ok, and agreed to sell, car collected and cash paid to me, saved me the hassel of selling it Then got destruction cert in post. A very handy service

From start to finish, the service was friendly and professional. After sending off my details, I got a call from a lovely lady who asked me what day & time was convenient for me and how I would like to be paid. The person collecting arrived on time, so friendly and professional. No ringing around or taking calls from strangers to sell on an old car.Highly recommend!

They gave me a day and a time and they rang an hour beforehand. The man was so polite and he was gone in a short time very professional. I was paid on the spot.

Made the application online, got an immediate reply with a quotation which I accepted. Car was collected and paid for within a few days. Received my certificate of destruction within a week. Very efficient service overall.

Used the online form to get a quote. Was contacted that day to confirm. The lady on the phone talked me through the process. Car collected the next day and cheque handed over. Super service!!
