Getting Documents sent out.

I called to get my insurance disc and certificate posted out. Paid the €30 fee. waited two weeks, hadn't arrived. Called again, said it was on the way, didn't arrive. Called again last Thursday and spoke to someone who was very helpful who e-mailed copies so we would have them but said it would arrive by Monday at the latest. It is now Wednesday and it still hasn't arrived over one month later.

Excellent and not so Excellent service

I had an issue with my policy and had a missed call and email from a sales agent Daniel Lambert. Daniel was excellent and sorted the issue I had and got me a great price for my policy. He was very professional, courteous and excellent at sorting my issue.
Unfortunately in between my dealings with Daniel, I had an extremely unhelpful and rude ‘Senior’ advisor who had a really bad attitude.
Many thanks to Daniel who sorted everything and apologised for his unhelpful colleague even though it was none of his fault.

Frustrating Correspondance

I had an issue with obtaining a reviewed no claims bonus statement and had to get directly on to the insurance company who had insured me. I had three painful weeks of calling and explaining my situation to Chill. Finally thanks to Daniel on chat, I was able to get what I needed. However, given the run around I have had with Chill I may think twice before using them again. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Daniel on the Chat today as he was able to send me on the document I needed.

Sad review…

Every time I've looked for a car quote insurance ,Chill, have always been more expensive than all the others even with their advertising of a better quote is has never materialized and so total waste of time,
