Updating new card details.
I have been with multiple trip for over 10 years as I have auto renewal every year however my credit card i used had to be replaced due to fraudulent activity, so all I wanted to do was give my new card details in order to renew. However I was made to listen and answer a 7 minute script, after hanging on the phone for over half an hour. My annoyance is that if my card had been the same card I wouldn't have had to go through all that and waste my time. I should have just been able to update my card details easily. I wasn't querying my policy.
