Paul spent most of an hour telling us about the different type of bases, mattresses and enhancers. It was excellent such that we placed an order a few days later! I wish all businesses could learn from Carters.

The salesman (Matt Lowings) was helpful and not pushy, he left us in peace to study the different pieces of furniture we were interested in.

The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. There was a great selection of beds, very helpful and friendly staff to help choose, and communication before the delivery was excellent. On the day the delivery drivers Lee and David were very polite and friendly, they put the bed in place, attached the headboard and took away all the rubbish very efficiently. Really really happy with the whole experience. We have bought from them before and wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Thank you so much!

So nice to be able to actually see a product in store rather than guessing what it looks like online.
Went in a couple of times to look at different range of bedroom furniture. Salesperson happy to let me browse and no hard sell but happy to discuss when I was ready..
After 3 visits made a choice and lucky to find sale on with 15% discount.
Furniture ready for delivery 2 weeks early which was great,
Delivery men rang to give hours warning they were on their way. They were professional and took all packaging away
There was an issue with the wardrobe doors which noticed after they had left. I rang the store and they sent someone out and situation remedied the same day. Issue was related to the wardrobe doors being too heavy as I had asked for extra mirror. Store accepted that this made the wardrobe unstable which should have been pointed out when I asked if I could have an extra mirror.
Would definitely buy from the store again.
