The jewelry looks nothing like the videos and pictures. They are very cheap and lightweight. Maybe $10 worth of costume jewelry

Spent 200 dollar and never received my free bracelet or necklace or the two mystery boxes i purchased it too a month to get here and then everything was wrong they gave me two then ass rope chains then said the bracelet and necklace didn’t come with the order when ever watch you buy says free bracelet and watch included

After I received my order they keep trying to charge me $39.99 a month for something I don’t even know about.. I sent them a email asking why are they still trying to charge me but no response back, so the next month they didn’t try to charge me and then boom they just tried to charge my debit card again so be careful

Got this chain as a gift and the packaging was on point. Velvet box, clean polish, and zero scratches. Adjusting it was simple and it sits perfectly. Haven’t taken it off since.

RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO FEEL CONFIDENT WITH BUYING YOUR PRODUCT, START BY BEING HONEST WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT AND IF THEY ARE NOT SATISFACTORY OR RECEIVE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED THEN OFFER THE CUSTOMER A FULL REFUND NOT A 20% REFUND, WHICH I GOT AFTER 3 EMAILS….

I've already sent my order details and info with pictures and you haven't even responded. I have also submitted to the BBB! Frauds!!! I would give them a negative 10 it just isn't possible. I received my order 3 days late even after paying for expedited shipping. My $70 earrings were not in the package. They charged me for a mystery box and didn't even deliver it but it says it was but I have pictures that 2 packages were supposed to be delivered but only one was with missing items. They also charged my card an additional $50 for membership, I didn't want, had to cancel and haven't received my money back. These are criminals!!! They are straight up scam artist! Do not use this Fraudulent company!!!

I'm still dealing with this scam company. They just drafted $39.99 from my account for "VIP club". I never signed up for this club. This was a one time purchase for my nephew. I'm asking for a refund and keep getting the run-around with replies like "we can give you 50% off membership" or 'As a courtesy we'll meet in the middle and give 50% refund".....on what I never asked for!!!!???? I already took the L on their BS mystery boxes and walked away but now this VIP club for $39.99/month??? I don't know....I'm thinking the FTC and BBB might like to hear about this company's bad business practices. And Cartice....don't reply to this review to contact your info email. Those are the brain dead people I've been going back and forth with already.

THE WORST. If i could give a 0 i would. it’s SHEIN items. literally SHEIN. i’m not Fing joking. the mystery box. That was 50$ that they said was over 300+ in rewards. WE GOT A STRING a string of a necklace you could get at hobby lobby. There refund system is bullshit. offering 15% off, but having to return the item and spending 25 for shipping. Are we deadass. Scam! Do not purchase from them. They didn't include the bracelet or necklace in my order and refuse to make it right. I even purchased the guaranteed delivery. I got scammed. Just don't do it!

i bought a watch from them in May, it took a month to get it. i had to email them to get any word on a update about my package and to even get a tracking number. Fastward to now, I’ve been getting charged 20 every month since july from them even though i haven’t ordered anything from them since may. i’ve emailed them about them giving me my money back and they’ve ghosted me. i blocked them on cashapp after the first time they charged me 20, than they made a different cashapp account just to charge me again!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received my cortese watch it was I got the wrong watch they didn't send the bracelet or the necklace I've been trying to contact somebody to return to watch it's brand new I have not I got two of them I already ordered one of them a long time ago and they sent me the same one I sent for the round watch for the woman pay for it and everything they sent me the wrong watch and I can't get in contact with nobody so if it's possible can you please send me a something I can get in contact with somebody thank you

I had a crystal broken and they quickly sent a replacement. The more you spend the higher the quality of the jewelry. It's very nice! But with the $50 watch adds,it confuses people. They have the high end jewelry too. It's amazing! Must have!

Everything was a1 I usually buy expensive jewelry but I been seeing the ads and was like ok ok … ordered it came was very happy ! Thanks will be ordering more stuff -G

Grabbed the purple grillz for a themed party. Flashy, yeah, but they stayed snug all night and made the outfit pop. Girls wanted pics with it;mission accomplished.

Don't waste your money ordering from cartice. They are scammers and don't want to take there product back. Ordered watch for my husband's birthday. The watches and bracelets are one size fits all. The watch and bracelet wouldn't fit. Notified them and they told me they couldn't give me all my money back because the watch and bracelet had been used. How can it be used if he can't wear it. Beware of a watch company that says one size fits all. All men are not the same size if they were a legitimate company the watches and bracelets would come in different sizes. They would only refund me $16.77 and I paid $83.26. Will never place another order with this company again. Will go back to invicta watches much better watches and they are not scammers. INVICTA WATCHES FIT. CARTICE REMBER TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE WOULD BE NO CARTICE.
