The piece was perfect. I really appreciated the quality of the materials and the luster and weight of the piece was phenomenal. The quality of the metal was out of this world. I definitely will buy again. Please get some more designs.

The stones look good in the pics on fake, very low quality silver pieces. But, the gold, looks fake because it is fake. It doesn't look like real gold AT ALL! I only kept a ring & threw the necklace & watch in the trash. I knew it wouldn't all that extravagant, but the watch & necklace were made of plastic, not metal. Who wants plastic jewelry with moissonite stones in them? Shiny plastic? Absolutely not.
Then, not only that, when I tried to cancel they're VIP membership that's $50 for some reason, I was met with generic responses about the benefits of the membership instead of cancelation confirmation for TWO days! It took them two days & MULTIPLE (more than 4) emails stating I wanted to cancel before they actually did it. Anyone gets up close to ANY of the jewelry (gold or silver) will know it's fake. They'd only be fooled from a distance.

Terrible Customer Service they will Charge you extra for stuff you don’t purchase and will simply just take money out of your account. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them it’s bad quality anyways and you can even resize the watches to fit you

My husband ordered from them s month ago..we did receive order and it was fully paid. They have tried twice to purchase something for 49.99 without consent.
But I'm glad my bank keeps declining they stupid asses..do unprofessional..I reached out but I will take they ass to court messing with out money..they seem like a scam

I ordered Jewelry, a watch that included a wrist bracelet and necklace. Instead, i got a GRAY SWEATSHIRT! They emailed me saying my order was delivered yet my Jewelry wasn't delivered just a gray sweatshirt that I didn't order and they don't even sell! How is that even possible? Called their delivery 3rd party GOFO, who said it was delivered and clearly it was not! Otherwise, i wouldn't be calling you now would I. I even purchased multiple insurances, 1 for damages, and shipping protection, on case it never got to me. It ws either stolen en route by the warehouse or the driver because how does a gray sweatshirt get to me as a delivered product from a Jewelry company as my Jewelry?
Emailed cartice directly also as their delivery company GOFO, said their email was non existent and undeliverable. Waiting on the company, Cartice, to make this right and either resend what I ordered and paid fir, since I paid for shipping protection also or issue me a refund
Yes, after reading your reply, I've already done all that. I find it interesting you can reply here so fast but no reply yet from company, to make this right. Cartice still sends dozens of emails per week and I finally gave you a chance and purchased only to have this happen. Very disappointed. Make this right as soon as possible and resend my order correctly or refund my money.

An absolute scam DO NOT PURCHASE! There quality is absolutely terrible and they added on a 49.99 VIP subscription automatically. It is an extremely shady business you may as well flush your money down the toilet. I give 0 stars

I placed an order for my husband for his bday and paid express shipping!! My order never arrived! Someone stole the package I reached out to Cartice they said they’ll send out again and they won’t respond back to me at all, my husband bday came and I didn’t have a gift for him. I’m extremely disappointed and upset and nobody will respond back

I don’t like wat I receive you guaranteed no fade and it a this freaking stuff faded so fast on top off yall keep changing my card I sent an email no one got back to me. It’s like 400 in charges that I can’t get back freakin rip off

I was charged for a ring and a bracelet purchased separately but only the bracelet showed up the money was taken for the ring but it never showed & you told me there was no purchase.. I have evidence!

I ordered a Black Friday bundle for a one time purchase which went well, after that my card kept getting charged 49.99 every month. Do not order from this company it’s a scam.

Cartice products are very nice. Quality and style at a affordable price ! Hats off to you for that ! I do have a concern though ! I've shopped with you twice ! Both times I was to recieve additional items free. The first time I didn't! The second time I did recieve three of the four free items I was supposed to recieve ! One other thing and this is important ! Work on or correct your ordering system ! The last time I placed a order it was for two watches. Your system made a second invoice with 2 more watches. You didn't charge me but I was fearful that you would ! That will make people not do business with you no matter how worthy your product ! You are a good company but fix the bugs !!

Cartice has great products, every single pieces of jewelries I bought from Cartice it’s amazing. I am 44 years old and It is the second time in my entire life I bought products that amazed me. Cartice is the best believe me I told every single friends of mine and plus I posted on my facebook page to showcase my watches, my necklaces, and my bracelets I am proud of myself that I made the purchase and I will continue to buy more Cartice jewels. Do not recommend. They took unauthorized money from my bank account a month after I purchased.

Still waiting for my order which was ordered 1-1 after ordering from them 2 separate times before. I just got a vague email from them saying they are working on my order but still no time frame when it'll arrive. I'm getting super frustrated
