They are in China You won’t be able to return if product is wrong… I lost $97 on diesel injectors for my truck

If you people reimburse my 40 dollars it will be great ful my amount was deducted without my consent I just purchased a 2 dollar thing and didn't do any memebership or subscription even then I am charged for that upon cancellation

I was contacted by jamal and he apologies for what happened with me and i like too much his approach and his apology. So now i am too much satisfied from the support team of cartool site.

Connected to a Durex scam, fake front to get card information.

I had money taken out without my consent from cartools.com as I had not registered with this company after 45 mins Enzo helped resolve the issue and refund me my money in 7-10 days.

This is a scam!!! They claimed that I had signed in to membership and they took money twice,  around £7 each time. I have found the membership email in the scam folder, this is the reason I was aware about that but if not they will be talking money every 2 week (this is what i was advise via chat with "carttoolshops advisors". I was also advised that they will refund my money, providing I will give positive review.

Hi. Mybissues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Do NOT go near this company. They are scammers of the highest order. I don't know how / if I authorized a £1 payment, but never got any e-mail from them opening an account, as I never did. They started taking £20-25 every two weeks. When I challenged they said I had built up a credit that could be used on their site, but NO account had been created, as they had no details other than my card. When I asked for the payments to be refunded, they said a refund would be processed, but immediately tried to take more money just days after the last payment. TOTAL SCAMMERS, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Visa will also be informed.
