I would give cartoon kicks a 0 rating if I could. Very poorly made, you can see gray stitching on the nose of the shoe, the tongue is off white (supposed to be white) and to long and fat for the shoe. the inserts are pulled up and you can see green lining! The back is way higher than converse, you can feel it hit the bottom of your leg when you walk! Very bad quality, size is also off. The site says hassle free refund!!! You can only get store credit minus 19 and some change. Don’t buy the product very poorly made! Very sad 😞 wish there was a way to post pictures!! I have proof

I would totally recommend Cartoon Kicks! They were very kind to replace shoes that fit small. Definitely make sure to check size chart for U.S. & China sizes. The shoes arrived in a timely manner and look great!

The shoes look nice but run small. I paid for express shipping, but it still took a month to receive them. I requested a refund for the shipping and asked to return the shoes for a refund. They refunded the shipping fee but have ignored my request to return the shoes.

Update: I did finally get in touch with them. Apparently they only communicate through https://cartoonkicks(dot)freshdesk(dot)com/ (sorry, no links allowed in the reviews), which you have to log into through Google, Facebook, or Twitter. The "90 Day No Hassle Returns" is a bit deceptive. They ask you to donate them and provide the donation receipt for a 50% refund.

Awesome shoes. Only downside is they took over 2 weeks to reach. I should have got the express shipping, but didn't think regular shipping takes this long.

Ordered and quality was terrible. Tried to return and got a "not able to deliver" despite following their direction to the letter.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

I placed an order, no communication from them, eventually was told it had shipped, no tracking number until I kept emailing them. I paid for the express shipping, it still took a month to receive the order in a damaged box. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

SCAM WEBSITE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Website looks legit. Followed their size chart (which was the same size shoe I normally wear). Shoes were too small to wear; CLEARLY the wrong size. Seller tried to extort me for more money by (1) charging me to ship another pair of shoes, or (2) making me pay to return AND charging a 15% restocking fee, or (3) telling me to "donate" the shoes and only refunding 50% of the cost. DO NOT BUY FROM CARTOONKICKS!!!

Order never came and it was marked delivered. Seller provided the "tracking" and no refund was issued. Such a scam.

Ordered shoes mid April; monitored tracking carefully and awaited for its arrival. The purchase never came even after being marked delivered by the shipper. Contacted both shipping company and cartoonkicks and rejected from receiving refund because I can't prove they didn't deliver my package. Feeling very scammed

Just received my product today. They are beyond my expectations. Very high-quality and worth the price. You have to be patient it takes a little while to receive them but when you do you will love them. I highly recommend this company.
