Great value
Great value, rapid delivery. Did try to save me money by suggesting I switch to non-original ink replacements, but accepted that I wanted to use the original ink in a relatively new printer.

This has got to be the worst ink…
This has got to be the worst ink company I have used. I bought Remanufactured HP 303XL Black & 303XL Colour Ink Cartridges High Capacity & EXTRA BLACK,
after i installed it it kept coming up with "The indicated cartridges have been identifies as used or couterfeit" and of course does not work. I reached out to CartridgeInk twice and no response, at least with Cartridge People they came back to me and helped me. I do not recommend them and use them at your owh peril!!!!

Disappointed
Disappointed. Stocked up on some cartridges over a year ago and only recently opened colour cartridge from sealed packaging. After many attempts and cleaning, the new cartridge still would not work - kept getting a message that the printer is off line. If I put the old colour cartridge back in the printer, the problem disappears so clearly it was an issue with the cartridge, not the printer.
Contacted Customer Services but they would not replace as the cartridge was bought over 1 year ago, but I'm wasn't going to take it out of sealed packaging to test it before it was needed.
I've had an identical problem previously with a Cartridgeink black cartridge (which was replaced) and also had poor quality print from some of the cartridges I have purchased.
