Amazing service
Went into the shop shortly before closing (yesterday). They had to put in an order for a refill for my ancient laser printer. It arrived on my doorstep at 10.30am this morning. That's service. Great price too (and it works as I've used it!)

Problematic delivery service by DHL
Cartridge Right was fine. It was the DHL delivery service that was problematic as usual. Every time you hear it’s a DHL delivery you know there will be a problem of one sort or another.

Reliable service and brilliant customer support
There was a complication in my next day delivery, but after contacting their customer support, everything was sorted in a timely manner.
The only downside for me is the lack of tracking reference. As a person, who works in the logistics area, I prefer to track my parcels pesonally :)

Cartridgeright's own compatible Premium Ink Cartridges
Cartridges for HP Printer installed fine and so far no problems at all. Have always used original HP cartridges in the past (HP 940XL), but will use these from now on as much cheaper for same quality! Cartridge Right were very helpful on the phone when I had a question to ask. Web site is excellent, very clear and customer service oriented.
