Part appeared okay, but poor presentation and excessive return charge

I ordered a Brother fuser unit from this company. The part itself appeared to be in good condition and it was well protected with two layers of bubble wrap, but the overall presentation did not give me confidence that I had received a clearly new, properly supplied item.

The fuser was not sealed and did not arrive in a properly branded or clearly marked box. There was no meaningful paperwork with it, apart from a basic sheet advising that the printer firmware should be updated after installation, and a very basic invoice printed on plain A4 paper. For a relatively expensive printer part, I expected a more professional standard of packaging, documentation and reassurance.

I then needed to return the item as it was not fitted or used. I was told they would accept it back, but because it had been opened and unpacked, they would charge a 30% plus VAT restocking fee, subject to inspection. In my opinion, this is excessive, especially when the item was not fitted or used.

The email response also felt quite abrupt and not particularly customer-friendly. Overall, my impression was not of a professional, confidence-inspiring supplier, and I would be reluctant to use them again for parts of this value.

Epsom ET-2850 wireless card

I managed to replace the wireless card in my Epson ET-2850 printer. It wasn't easy but I managed to find a YouTube video that helped. All working fantastic now. Thanks for you prompt supply of a quality part at a good price. 😃

No support, defective spare part

I bought a power supply, due to a defect printer from canon.
After receiving this power supply, I couldn't mesure any voltage on the spare part.
I contacted the support but haven't received a technical answer as requested. So I wanted to send it back. Afterwards, there was no response anymore from this company.
Now I have lost nearly 100€ to this "great" company.
Thank's for nothing.
