Excellent technical support
The part arrived promptly, and I mistakenly assumed it was wrong , it seemed much larger than I expected it to be . A member of the companies technical team was very helpful , he sent diagrams confirming that I did get the correct part and also give me links to videos that gave part replacement instructions and I another video for the reset procedure

UK to the USA
Not only were you the only ones that had the part I needed, but the communication was excellent, the part was shipped right away and if wasn't for the fact that I am in the U.S.A., I would have had the part already. Fortunately, the Royal Mail tracking is excellent, and I expect the part soon.
